Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ermöglicht mit der nahegelegenen Straßenbahnstation Ausflüge nach Montpellier. Ebenfalls gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind die nahegelegenen, langen Sandstrände (10-15min). Auch ein riesiger Supermarkt befindet sich 4 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben es sehr sauber angetroffen. Besonders gut hat uns das neu gestaltete Bad sowie die großzügige Veranda gefallen. Durch die Markisen und die Bäume im Garten findet man auch immer einen Schattenplatz. Die Klimaanlage im Haus war eine Bereicherung. Mit dem Internet gab es keinerlei Probleme. Für die Freizeitgestaltung gab es vor dem Haus eine feste Tischtennisplatte als auch eine Boulebahn. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung sowie die Kommunikation mit den sympathischen Vermietern waren sehr herzlich. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Haus weiter.

Prachtig huis op perfecte locatie

Het is een heel comfortabele woning met heerlijke bedden, een goed uitgeruste keuken, fijn terras/tuin en heerlijk, stil, klimaatsysteem. François en Monique zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie van het huis tussen het strand en Montpellier is perfect. We hebben veel kunnen doen in de buurt: kanoën (op de Herault), suppen (in Agde op zee), op elektrische step rijden (via OVER WATT in Montpellier), bergje beklommen (Pic Saint Loup) en grotten bezocht (Demoiselles). Montpellier is geweldig voor terrasjes en shoppen. Kortom, perfect huis voor ideale vakantie!

Perfekt!

Wir haben hier gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das großzügige Haus und der Garten bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung ist bestens. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber alles, was man braucht, ist gleich in der Nähe: Endloser Sandstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit der Straßenbahn ist man rasch im Stadtzentrum von Montpellier. Sehr zu empfehlen, ideal für Familien!

Great, clean, well-furnished

My wife, my 2 kids and I stayed in this house for 2 weeks in May 2018. We really enjoyed our stay, the house is big, the bedrooms were big as well. The kitchen was well-equipped and the outdoor area is very nice as well. The whole house was very clean when we got there, and the owners were quick to respond to questions by email. It is very close to a big shopping center, but the street is very quiet.

Für zwei Wochen weilten w...

Für zwei Wochen weilten wir in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Vermieter empfingen und verabschiedeten uns sehr herzlich. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses kann nicht besser sein, so dass man sich gleich fast wie Zuhause fühlen kann. Das Haus selbst, aber auch der Garten lud zum Verweilen ein. Zum Strand oder nach Montpellier sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Zu empfehlen sind die abendlichen Spaziergänge durch die Weinfelder. Dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen wir gern! Pendant deux semaines, nous avons habité dans cette maison. Le propriétaire nous a reçus très cordialement. L'équipement de la maison de vacances peut pas être mieux, si vous vous sentez très à l'aise. La maison et le jardin invite à la détente. Il ya quelques minutes en voiture de la plage ou à Montpellier. Nous vous recommandons le soir promenades à travers les vignobles. Nous recommandons volontiers cette maison de vacances!

"Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable dans ce gîte situé tout près d''une zone commerciale sans en avoir les incommodités. Sur la terrasse, le gazouillis des oiseaux est très agréable ! Incroyable ! on se croit très très loin de la ville qui pourtant est si proche ! Le gîte, sans vis à vis est très propre, très bien équipé (les photos représentent vraiment la réalité) Notre petit-fils de 2 ans a adoré le jardin avec un espace-jeu pour lui ! En outre Les propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes qui savent accueillir."
