Bright and calm apartment for 4 or 6 people.
70 m² garden level, Hill of Paradise. Terrace, balcony (20 m2) and sheltered south facing, enclosed garden (80 m²), 5 minutes walk from the city center and all its typical merchants. unobstructed view of green hills, castle, Villa Noailles. View the distance, the Giens peninsula and islands, including Porquerolles.
Large living room with double windows overlooking the garden and terrace (possibility sleeping sofa bed for 2).

Hyères and the Giens Peninsula offers many sandy beaches. The islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros are nearby and accessible by many shuttles. Diving centers diving and a school of veil. For athletes the Almanarre Beach is a mecca for kite surfing and wind surfing.
The coastal path by the sea will delight walkers through the beautiful scenery. The Maures that starts behind the hill of Paradise is part of scented walks with herbs.
Three golf courses are located nearby as well as tennis courts. Possibility of horse riding.

Meine Frau und ich haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Hyeres verbracht. Die große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, der Garten und der private Parkplatz haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Man kann in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß den wunderschönen Ort erreichen und in ca 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, auch wenn das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Wohlfühloase

Wir haben die gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz vor der Tür sehr genossen, da wir schnell zufuß im Städtchen waren und mit dem Auto viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen konnten. Der Balkon ist herrlich, um morgens in der Sonne zu frühstücken. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und die Terasse und Garten ist schön. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Duschen hat auch gut geklappt. Wasserdruck super. Duschkopf kann man leider nicht einklemmen. War für uns kein Problem. Zur schönen Altstadt sind es ca..7min. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Fahrräder können auf den großen Balkon sicher abgestellt werden. Rundum eine sehr gemütliche großzügig e Wohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Hyeres. Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Für uns etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ansonsten ok.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Die Küchenausstattung war gut. Das einzige, was nicht optimal war, ist die Halterung vom Duschkopf. Die könnte erneuert werden. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum und mit dem Auto die Strände. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Wohnung nahe der Altstadt von Hyères. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Die Stadt zum bummeln, einkaufen und Essen gehen ist nicht weit. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit ist sehr angenehm. Einziges Mango ist das „Duschen“ das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wer Strandurlaub möchte muss sich im klaren sein,dass die Strände in einiger Entfernung liegen. Für uns war es alles in allem perfekt. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

appartement bien situé dans une résidence au calme

La résidence se trouve à 10 mn à pied du centre ville de Hyères. Très pratique pour y faire les courses et trouver des restaurants. L'appartement aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement surtout la salle de bains. Belle pièce de vie lumineuse et agréable agrémentée d'une belle terrasse. A recommander pour un séjour en ville néanmoins plutôt proche des plages.

Super vacances en famille

Appartement confortable, bien situé proche des comodites et au calme. Vieilles prestations car l’appartement mériterait d’être remis au goût du jour (volets, salle de bain, cuisine et ustensiles) pour les soucieux du détails … mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour en couple avec nos 2 enfants. Magnifique région avec plein de choses à voir recommandées par Regis qui nous a très bien accueilli !

Beste Lage, beste Entspannung

Das Objekt liegt ca. 600 Meter vom Stadtzentrum in de Altstadt entfernt. Ein großer Balkon mit einem weiten Blick auf einen kleinen Ausschnitt Mittelmeer vor der Halbinsel Giens und die Altstadt nebst dem kleinen bunten Garten mit Hibiscus und Oleander lassen den Betrachter alle positiven mediterranen Gefühle sofort abrufen. Mehr Entspannung geht nicht! Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern mit 4 echten Betten und 2 Sofas, die zum Schlafen eventuell von jüngeren Kindern genutzt werden können. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer öffnet sich mit 2 großen Flügeltüren zum Balkon/Garten hin. Die Küche enthält viel Geschirr und auch sonst alles, was in eine Küche gehört. Im TV können leider keine deutschen Sender empfangen werden. Allerdings ist das Internet mit 115 MB bei Weitem schnell genug für Life Streaming, auch per VPN. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 30 Meter vom Eingang entfernt. Man parkt daher zum Be- und Entladen am besten direkt vor der Haustür, wo es temporär hinreichend Platz für ein Auto gibt. Die Autofahrt zum Strand von L´Almanarre dauert ca. 10 Minuten. Die Besitzerin ist hilfsbereit über das normale Maß hinaus. Als wir unseren Urlaub in 2020 wegen Corona absagen mussten, hat sie den Reisepreis erstattet, obwohl eine Stornierung eigentlich nicht vorgesehen war. Der Facility Manager ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent und kümmert sich zeitnah um kleinere Problemchen. Unser Gesamteindruck von diesem Paket ist so gut, dass wir für 2022 bereits wieder gebucht haben. Wir können diese Wohnung absolut empfehlen!

Très bien

Très beau appartement , beau volume qui ressemble à une maison avec grande terrasse et jardin, bien équipé. Un très bon accueil, très bon voisinage. Très bien placé à peine 5 minutes du centre ville et du vieux Hyeres. ville avec beaucoup d’animation juste à côté . Et surtout appartement calme et une belle vu . Très très satisfait de notre séjour. Recommande .

Vorrei una casa così anche a casa

Alloggio super spazioso, comodissimo al centro di Hyères ma in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla.circa 15 minuti di auto dalle spiaggie . Unico neo: la pulizia all’arrivo degli ospiti sarebbe da migliorare ... Voto 8!

Sehr schöne ruhige und zentral gelegene Wohnung

Sehr schöne helle große Wohnung. Großer Balkon mit Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer. Küche war reichlich ausgestattet. Zentrale Lage ca. 700 m bis zum Stadtzentrum. Mehrere Bäcker und Lebensmittel Läden im Stadtzentrum. Danke nochmals an Isabelle und Regis für den freundlichen Empfang

Staying At Hyères

A lovely spacious apartment in a quiet district of Hyères. There was plenty of linen to make up the beds and a very well equipped kitchen. It was really hot at night (30 c) and an extra fan would have helped. The apartment is a short walk (but steep hill) into the 'old town' with lots of restaurants and shops. Finally a big thank you to Regis who waited until late to greet us after a very delayed flight.

Wohnung und Gegend einfach super

Was soll ich sagen, ausser dass es einfach toll war. Wir kamen in die Wohnung und haben uns augenblicklich zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war super sauber und mit viel liebe dekoriert, Geschirr hat es in Hülle und Fülle, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Elektrogeräten, die Terrasse und der kleine Garten machten dass wir nicht immer weg wollten. Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten von der schönen Altstadt entfern, zu den Stränden braucht man allerdings das Auto. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung mit geschlossenen Augen. Immer wieder gerne.

Séjour très agréable !!

L'appartement est situé dans la colline au pied du château, dans un site magnifique. Le jardin et la terrasse nous ont permis de profiter au maximum du lieu. L'appartement est très confortable et très joli en terme de décoration (style provençal). Il est très calme et près de tous les commerces de la vieille ville. La magnifique plage de l'Almanarre est à 10 minutes en voiture.
