In the historic centre of Monopoli, a typical detached house, recently renovated, just a stone’s throw from the enchanting sandy beach of Porta Vecchia.
The apartment is located in the old town, 100 metres from the beautiful sea of Monopoli, in an old detached building that has just been renovated with care and respect for its original style.
It is bright and comfortable and consists, on the ground floor, of the living room and dining room with a kitchenette (sink, stove, and oven; refrigerator with freezer compartment). A characteristic staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find the two adjoining and interconnected bedrooms, as well as the bathroom with a shower and bidet.
The first bedroom has two beds (single beds) and a third pull-out bed, available upon request. From this bedroom, you enter the second bedroom, which has a double bed. The beds are equipped with brand-new orthopedic mattresses. The bathroom is always available on the same floor.
Upon request, for additional guests, the third bedroom on the ground floor is available, featuring two single beds, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, and a lovely adjoining tavern.
The furnishings are tasteful and refined, and the atmosphere is evocative and charming.
For the exclusive use of guests, there is a lovely terrace overlooking the historic centre and, partially, the sea.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating, a washing machine, a television, a hair dryer, and linens for the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen; it is fully stocked with dishes and cookware.
It can accommodate up to 6–7 people.
