Espectacular

La casa es muy cómoda y limpia. Se puede disfrutar del entorno rural dentro de un espacio cuidado y moderno. Gregorio y su mujer nos recibieron puntualmente . No tuvimos ningún problema en la casa. Merece la pena pasar unos días allí.

Increíble experiencia, una casa de película con unos ventanales impresionantes que daban a la montaña! Nos ha encantado. Todo muy limpio y cuidado, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y estar. El dueño no pudo ser más amable con nosotros. Lo único tuvimos problemas con la nieve (no es problema de la casa pero aprovecho para avisar de ir preparados si veis que va a nevar con cadenas y demas).

Casa muy bonita, ideal para descansar relajarse..

La casa es muy bonita decorada en plan moderno, esta un poco aislada lo que la hace perfecta para relajarse y desconectar..pero tiene algunos peros...los servicios que anuncia no funcionan (Wifi, ni DVD, ni hilo musical, ni jacuzzi). El exterior da la sensación de estar abandonado..la barbakoa es un amasijo de hierro oxidado, el cesped sin cortar y en mal estado, esta sin vallar ni cercar con lo que no se pueden soltar a las mascotas. La limpieza en general esta bastante bién...aunque los cristales de las ventanas asi como la cristalera de la parte de arriba que hace de mirador estan sucisimas, una pena porque lo que hace realmente bonita a la casa son las vista que tiene. Hab lamos con el propietaro y esta al corriente de todos estos fallos.. nos dijo que reparara cuando llegue a España. A sido una lastima no haber podido disfrutarla mejor.

Wunderschöne Lage; sehr sehr nette Einwohner; Nähe Jakobsweg, tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Lage, die Menschen und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind super. Wir haben uns sehr auf unser Urlaubsdomizil gefreut. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön gebaut, in toller Lage und das meiste aus dem Angebot der Ausstattung bzw. aus den Videos und Bildern wird auch vor Ort vorgefunden. Über Hygienische- und Sauberkeitsansprüche kann man natürlich endlos diskutieren und wird auch jeder anders bewerten. Darum werde ich jetzt hier nicht weiter darauf eingehen. Wenn man das ganze Haus nutzen möchte sollte man sich vorher bestätigen lassen dass im unteren Schlafzimmer bzw. Studio kein Schimmel mehr vorhanden ist (wir wurden vorher nicht darüber informiert). Das Studio (dritte Schlafzimmer) stand uns darum nicht zur Verfügung. Wir konnten von den Gartenmöbel nur den Zweisitzer benutzen (ich glaube die anderen Teile der Gartenmöbel waren voller Vogelkot). Aber uns wurde aus dem Studio ein kleines Tischchen noch zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich glaube am zweiten Tag haben wir einen neuen Grill bekommen und der Rasen / Zufahrt wurde gemäht. Wer gerne und ausgiebig kocht sollte ein paar für ihn liebgewonnene Küchenutensilien mitbringen...Gerne hätten wir auch einmal den Balkon genutzt der an den Essbereich grenzt. Leider haben sich aber unsere Mitbewohner " die Fledermäuse" dort so wohl gefühlt dass wir erst jeden morgen den Balkon hätten reinigen müssen (wegen dem Kot) um uns dort aufzuhalten:-)) Ein kleiner Tipp noch: Die Natur und die Umgebung sind dort unglaublich schön aber auch real. Man sollte also vorab etwas gegen Ameisen mitnehmen da diese sich unheimlich gerne auf der vorderen Terrasse bzw. am Eingang aufhalten. Ich glaube wir hatten Verständigungsschwierigkeiten bzgl. Internet / deutsches Fernsehen. Man kann ein extra Paket buchen um diesen Luxus zu erhalten. Bei uns hat es leider nicht funktioniert:-(( Schade. Vermieter hat alles in Auftrag gegeben, hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wir werden die Einwohner von San Vicente del Valle nie vergessen; die Nähe zum Jakobsweg; Natur so wunderschön; toller Stausee....vergessen werden wir diesen Urlaub nie!

Casa de ensueño

Es tan bonita como parece. Las vistas desde el salón son más que relajantes. Sin embargo tiene algunos peros. Hacía frío al llegar y tardamos más de 24 horas en calentarla. Hay cosas que no funcionan, interruptores que no encienden, los chorros del jacuzzi no funcionan, la persiana se quedó atascada y no la podíamos bajar hasta que de pronto cayó de sopetón, da aspecto de descuidada por detalles, como marcos de las puertas rotos o las griferías sucias. La casa para 4 no es práctica porque la habitación de arriba no tiene intimidad y la de abajo es muy pequeña y sin armario ni nada para dejar las cosas. Llevamos un bebé y es un poco peligrosa para niños. A pesar de todo el sitio es idílico y desde luego la casa se pensó para disfrutar del entorno tan precioso. Recomendable para una pareja.
