Beautiful house to disconnect, lonely and idyllic place, lots of peace and silence
Surrounded by beech and pine forest, in La Rioja Demand, 7.5 k. of Ezcaray, from where it is accessed by a forest track for all types of vehicles. The track ends in Turza, so there is no more circulation than that of the villagers (13 houses). There is no conventional electricity, YES SOLAR, with a modern equipment that produces it and converts to 220 v. The mobile signal is bad, but at 400 m. The house is there, and sometimes in itself, but it is not safe, although you can talk to the WhatshApp, since there is satellite internet with its own connection. In Ezcaray at 7.5 k. There are all kinds of services from medical and health care (there is a regional hospital in Sto. Dmgo. de la Calzada), pharmacies, supermarkets and all kinds of shops. Abundant offer of hospitality (an rte. 2 Michelin stars "Echaurren", and several more of great gastronomic quality. In addition to cinema, theater tapas and wine routes, and if you want a drinks area and disco. The routes of classic, gastronomic, wine tourism (wineries) are in a circle of 50 k. ALL.
