Prettig verblijf in zeer aangename omgeven

Een aanrader in de heuvels van Bize-Minervois, tussen Narbonne en Carcasonne. Compleet ingerichte en heel proper onderhouden woning, vriendelijk onthaald door de eigenares. Gezellig dorp op wandelafstand en keuze tussen verschillende supermarkten in de nabijheid. Een echte aanrader.

Very nice house - must be careful about the broken wood floor around th.

The house of Erika is very beautiful and neat. The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful. Thank you Erika for making our stay so nice. However the below points should be reviewed as soon as possible before welcoming new guests: - the wooden floor around the pool is so old that it is broken and the nails are out : this is so dangerous and especially for little kids - there are 4 rooms and only one toilet… there is room for the installation of another toilet in order to properly rent again to many people.

Heel aangename woning met fantastisch uitzicht en zwembad.

Heel ruime, nette en aangename woning. Kamers, woonkamer, badkamer heel net! Zwembad wordt per 2 dagen gereinigd/bijgevuld door eigenares. Zeer goed onthaald geweest door eigenares. Voldoende huisraad aanwezig. Misschien nog een extra handdoek /of keukenhanddoek. Prachtig uitzicht, rustige ligging, goed bereikbaar voor winkels, uitstappen,… Zeker aan te bevelen vakantiewoning, ook met kinderen.

Villa agréable

La villa est très sympathiques malgré une finition un peu low cost, les portes et interrupteurs sont fragiles et les meubles de salle de bains ont mal été posé (les tirroirs ne se ferment pas..). La clim est très bruyante dans l'une des chambres mais la maison reste agreable et fonctionnel. Par contre, le wifi est inexistant dans la villa, la maison des propriétaires étant trop loin pour capter même avec un relai.. La terrasse couverte est splendide avec sa vue sur les montagnes ainsi que sur la piscine. La terrasse en bois autour de la piscine commencent à fatiguer et n'est plus très droite, il y a des endroits où des clous ressorte de la terrasse.. La piscine est magnifique et peu être éclairé la nuit ce qui est vraiment jolie. Elle est sécurisé pour les enfants. Quelque degrés de plus pour l'eau de la piscine ne serait pas de trop.. La propriété est complètement fermé pour les animaux et c'est top. Village très agréable par contre un peu isolé des grandes villes et des moindres activités.. Merci pour le séjour et à bientôt.

Très belle villa située dans les hauteurs de Bize-Minervois, ( conforme à l annonce),très fonctionnelle,un cadre magnifique et au calme. Belle piscine et terrasse à l’ombre à partir de midi, le centre ville est accessible à pied (12mn). Quelques suggestions d’amelioration : mettre des parasols à disposition autour de la piscine, Wifi très faible. Très bon séjour,villa et lieu à recommander

Tres bon

We enjoyed a lovely holiday in this very comfortable villa. The village was close enough so that we could buy fresh bread daily but the location was very peaceful. Madame Brugier was very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this villa. Regards Nesta Davies

Une vraie maison de vacances pour la famille .Piscine facile à surveiller pour les enfants. Terrasse ombragée pratiquement toute la journée . En bordure du village près de la pinède. Déco moderne . Piscine bien entretenue et régulièrement. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants . Pour faire les courses ,il faut une voiture .Pour les sportifs qui n'ont pas peur des grimpettes, beaucoup de chemins au départ de la maison pour faire du vélo, marcher ou courir .

Excellent holiday home

An ideal villa and location for a family holiday lazing around doing very little; close enough to Narbonne plage (40 mins) and Carcassonne (50 mins) to get out and about ; and lots to do in the area if you're inclined. The villa itself was very clean and comfortable and spacious with the outdoor space large enough for all of us to chill out and relax. Each of the 4 bedrooms were roomy and two opened out on to the pool area. The town is small but has a few nice restaurants within walking distance and many more a short drive away. Nice hosts living close by and we would highly recommend this villa for your relaxing holidays in Southern France.

Séjour dans une magnifique villa au calme ... Conforme aux photos et à la description sur le site... Maison comme neuve très agréable avec tout le confort nécéssaire... Propriétaire discret disponible chaleureux...aux petits soins avec ses vacanciers... Magnifique piscine...eau un peu fraiche...mais avec les fortes chaleurs cela ne nous a pas posé de problème... Villa parfaitement conforme à l'annonce! La villa est très confortable, tout le confort y est. Les literies sont confortables et agréables. La maison est la dernière d'un petit chemin ; il est tres agréable de se balader dans le coin. La villa est parfaitement au calme ; il y a en moyenne une voiture par jour qui passe... Toute la famille a apprécié son séjour dans la maison!

De superbes vacances dans une maison agréable, et bien située...dans un petit village typique.... Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute de nos besoins....Merci pour votre accueil, votre discrétion...et vos légumes de saison! La région vaut le détour: entre visite de châteaux Cathares, Carcassonne, une baignade à Narbonne, sans oublier la ballade sur le canal du midi, les caves etc.... Vous ne vous ennuierez pas!! Pour les amateurs de course à pied....des petits sentiers partent du village...par contre petit conseil, n'hésitez pas à partir à l'aube et n'ayez pas peur des côtes.... Pour résumer: A recommander sans modération...
