This was a fantastic property. It was clean, well maintained, and included everything we could need for a good stay. The house was spotless and great for large groups! A/C kept the house cool. Lots of games for the kids and adults to play. Great hangout space to large gatherings even for family reunions. Host was so responsive and checked in just enough but never too much! Would have given a 5 on everything, but it is a half a block from a bar with music that was audible inside the home, but never over bearing. Turn on a fan or white noise and you would never know.

2 generations of our family stayed here for our annual trip to ACL festival. It was our second year staying at this property and once again had a great stay. Roomy house with well stocked kitchen. Questions to owner got quick responses. I plan on coming back next year.

Great Large Family House

This was our second year in a row to stay here for our annual family reunion and we had a wonderful time once again. The kids love the games in the garage and the back yard. The adults enjoyed walking the neighborhood and spending time on the porches. Great communication from the host!
