Great villa for a relaxing holiday

Lovely villa and pool with great views and really helpful and friendly host. Short walk to beach, sights and restaurants make it perfect for short break without a car!

Large house, great location in Sitio

We were four adults with a car. The property is in a nice Sitio neighborhood, in the upper part of Nazaré. We could walk to the square, the Belvedere and the funicular which takes you down to the beach and lower town. The hostess was accommodating, although it was difficult to communicate in English - I had to resort to my University French. The space was great - and our "issues" were that many of the appliances were in poor working order (stove, dishwasher, downstairs toilet) and there were no manuals on how to operate them.

needs some attention

Needs a list of how things work. Broken oven door had to be kept closed with a chair. House only warm if you keep a fire going. News to us. Not clean enough. Mold in areas. Needs updates and more care and mostly mold remediation.

Sejour Nazaré

La villa est juste magnifique, nous etions 7 et a aucun moment nous nous sommes sentie a l’etroit, vue sur la mer exceptionnelle, la piscine rien a dire a part au top, la plage est juste a 600 m en passant par le bois donc belle balade, l’accueil par la proprietaire a notre arrivee etait bienveillant et a l’ecoute ☺️ la maison est tres bien equipée et ce a tout niveau, vacances reposantes et ideales

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay in Nazare, so nice to be walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Our only suggestion would be to provide a top sheet for the beds. It was too warm for the heavy blanket.

Très bon séjour dans cette villa

Nous avons passés 1 semaine dans cette magnifique villa à 9 . La maison, la piscine et la vu mer sur la terrasse sont aux top ! La propriétaire est très gentille elle nous a attendu jusqu’à 1 h du matin du au retard de l’avion , ce qui est rassurant lorsqu’on loue pour la première fois au Portugal. Je conseille vivement cette location !

A localização é sem dúvida a mais valia da casa. É uma habitação espaçosa e muito solarenga, no entanto necessita de manutenção, pois está a ficar degradada... As casas de banho velhas e com os materiais estragados (portas, autoclismos,...) o fogão tem a porta estragada e os vários têxteis que estão pela casa (toalhas, tapetes, lençóis) são muito utilizados e degradados. O ponto fraco da habitação foi sem dúvida a limpeza (chão sujo, loiça suja dentro dos armários). Ponto forte, a localização, a luz e o espaço exterior - uma vista extraordinária e uma piscina muito acolhedora.) Acredito que com a devida manutenção esta estadia se torne de luxo.

Excelente escolha de casa.

Uma casa grande, praticamente nova, com bastantes quartos (o que da para uma família grande ou um bom grupo de amigos), com uma piscina espectacular (a água estava sempre super quentinha), num sítio sossegado, com o mar em frente (de noite era brutal abriamos a janela do quarto e adormeciamos com o barulho do mar e o pôr do sol era lindo lindo lindo)... A senhora foi super simpática connosco... Os vizinhos não encomodaram nada... Tem mercados, farmácias, restaurantes etc perto (tipo 5 min de carro)... Sem dúvida que recomendo... 😊

Déception

Très déçus dès lors de l'entrée dans la maison entre les photos de l'annonce et la réalité ... Des rideaux déchirés, des vitres fissurées, des toiles d'araignées, des meubles cassés (Chaise et verre de table fissuré et dissimulé sous une nappe) sans parler du mobilier de jardin sur la terrasse ... 2 transats cassés sur 4, un fauteuil du salon en résine cassé également. La piscine avec de l'eau verte et non chauffée (contrairement a ce que l'annonce annonçait) et le plexyglass de la couverture de la piscine est jauni et fissuré. De plus, le sous-sol est occupé à l'année et cela n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Lors de la semaine d'occupation dans la maison, nous avons trouvé beaucoup de vaisselle sale, les parures dépareillées dans tous les lits, serviettes rêches, l'eau qui passe du chaud au froid régulièrement lors d'une douche. Les serrures avec du scotch et qui grincent. La porte à galandage qui ne se ferme pas pour la chambre des enfants et la cabine de douche dont les portes ne tiennent plus... La maison n'est pas entretenue du tout. Peinture écaillée sur les rambardes interieures et extérieures, verdure non entretenue.... Le point positif est la vue sur mer qui est agréable et le quartier est très calme. Pour résumer la maison n'apporte pas les prestations attendues pour une location de ce tarif. Nous ne conseillons pas ce logement.

La dueña encantadora. El sitio ideal para desconectar. Y si quieres bajar al pueblo con el funicular genial. Muy recommendable. Y Portugal y su gente maravillosa.
