Exclusive villa, with a total of 12 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Strategically located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, it offers an immense furnished garden, swimming pool, outdoor games for children, ping pong table, bicycles and barbeque. Ideal for meeting up with family or friends and colleagues!
The Villa has a Wifi internet connection and a guest laundry and is only 3 km from the town with its bars, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy
Possibility to also rent the common room with adjoining kitchen, to share lunches and dinners in conviviality.
Otherwise we offer a breakfast service with genuine products processed by us.
IMPORTANT:
*If the Villa is reserved for a wedding, a supplement will be applied for hosting the event
*In July and August we require a minimum stay of 7 nights
