The property offers a single, comfortable, bioclimatic two-room gîte with fiber optic internet and air conditioning. You'll enjoy a private, enclosed 1,000 m² garden within a certified 5,000 m² ecological park and its botanical discovery trail, featuring a Mediterranean garden, riverside, and over 200 plant species.

Ideally located close to the sea, Collioure, and shops, with direct access to the greenway, the gîte has a bicycle shelter attached to the property.

Rated 3 stars, the gîte is suitable for 1 to 3 people. Very well-equipped, you will have a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bathroom and washing machine, a living room/kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen, 60cm hob, large electric oven, microwave, electric barbecue, 200L fridge-freezer, 80cm flat-screen TV (with streaming services/international channels available), DVD player, and a sofa bed.

You will have access to two garden furniture sets with two deckchairs and parasols.

For parking, a shaded space is reserved for you in a private outdoor parking lot (free).

The cottage is open year-round. Weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday.

- Remaining balance on the day of your arrival.
- Deposit: deposit of 200 euros on the day of your arrival

ON REQUEST, AND TO BE AGREED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, ARE ALSO OFFERED TO YOU:
- rental of sheets (1 fitted sheet, 1 sheet, pillowcases): €14 per bed, at each renewal
- rental of bathroom linen (1 bath sheet, 1 towel, 1 glove): €7 / person, at each renewal,
- rental of household linen (1 tea towel + 1 hand towel + 2 table napkins): €7, at each renewal
- provision of cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, household cleaner, floor cleaner, 1 sponge, detergent): €7 per week.
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge on request. Baby sheets are not available. End-of-stay cleaning fee if desired: 50 euros
