Carlos war ein freundlicher hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Haus war voll Ausgerüstet . Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Die Außenanlage war perfekt . Auf den Bildern war ein Whirlpool zu sehen, war aber nicht da. Auf Anfrage, hätte der Whirlpool bestellt werden müssen. fanden wir schade , da in der Beschreibung kein Hinweis daraufhin war. Trotz der abgelegenen Feriensiedlung war es nicht so ruhig wie gedacht , privater Baulärm und Bau einer neuen Feriensiedlung in Sichtweite . Da kann Carlos aber nichts dafür. Insgesamt haben wir dort schöne 14 Tage verbracht.

Wunderbarer Ort ... leider lärmgetrübt.

Praia de Bom Sucesso ist ein wunderbarer Ort abseits des Trubels. Strandspaziergänge, Wanderungen an der Lagune und abendliches Geniesen in der örtlichen Gastronomie haben wir sehr genossen. Leider trübt den Aufenthalt im leicht in die Jahre gekommenen Haus die rege Bautätigkeit oberhalb des Ortes.Auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus wir derzeit gebaut (vor allem im angrenzenden PinienWald zwischen Siedlung und Golfplatz - 2te Reihe hinter dem Haus - ist das Piepen rückwärtsfahrender Lkws und Baulärm omnipräsent. Besser man ist zwischen 8 und 18 Uhr auswärts unterwegs. Am Wochenende und Feiertags hofften wir auf Ruhe, aber leider hat das auch nicht geklappt, da die Nachbarn ihr Anwesen an diesen Tagen sehr geräuschintensiv nutzten (Musik, Poolnutzung).Carlos ist ein sehr bemühter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Haus und Garten sind wunderbar in Schuss und sauber, so dass wir uns in den leider seltenen ruhigen Stunden doch sehr wohl fühlten.

Ruhiges Haus mit schönem Garten und Pool

Ein schönes, ruhiges uneinsehbares Haus. Innen alles, was man braucht, außen ein toller Garten, Pool und Whirlpool. Vermieter sehr freundlich, bemüht und immer hilfsbereit.

Es war super Herr Carlos super nett,alles sehr sauber. Hatten alles im Haus Küche voll ausgestattet Fernseher, Handtücher, Badetücher Poll sehr sauber genau so die komplette Anlage Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen Restaurant Mercado 1 Km vom Haus empfehlen

Villa parfaite pour un couple et 2 enfants (maxi). Elle se situe dans un quartier très calme et proche du lagon. La piscine est appréciable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et discret.

Great location

Great location but you definitely would need a car... Plus it would be great to have bicycles as the area is great for cycling, I believe you can hire bicycles locally. House is very good and outdoor area is amazing large space for dining, showering and enjoying the beautiful garden and pool. Definitely will be returning....

Séjour très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les espaces détentes à l'extérieur (plusieurs salons de jardin à utiliser selon l'heure du jour) avec la piscine. Carlos était présent pour la remise des clés et s'est montré disponible pour nous amener les vélos par exemple. La maison est située dans un lotissement calme à 15 à 20 mn à pied de la lagune avec ses bars et restaurants et une toute petite épicerie qui dépanne. La lagune permet de profiter de la plage avec une eau calme, tout en pouvant profiter de l'océan et ses vagues

Excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Nous avons apprécié le jardin très bien entretenu, et la piscine. La location est dans un environnement très calme, et à distance d'une quinzaine de kilomètres environ de toute animation. Les environs sont magnifiques. Profitez de la lagune d'Obidos, c'est un endroit superbe !

Great Location

We had two wonderful weeks in a very nice, neat and tastefully furnished house. It looks exactly the same as you can see on the pictures. Carlos and Gloria are very friendly and helpful landlords.

Splendida la posizione e l'accoglienza del sig. Joao, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, ambiente tranquillo e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La cucina non molto attrezzata ma comunque accettabile per una vacanza al mare. Grazie

"The equipments for the c...

"The equipments for the cooking were very good and so were also the facilities outside the house too. The garden was very nice and peaceful. The cleaning instructions were exact and we made the finnishing cleaning by them, but afterwards we heard there was cleaning women visiting after your stay anyways. Overall I would recommend this place for my friends."

Très charmante demeure avec un équipement idéal pour profiter d un magnifique jardin aménagé avec 3 espaces pour déjeuner/ dîner en extérieur et notamment une cuisine d été parfaite au bord d une piscine . Idéalement place dans un îlot de calme proche de la mer dans une ambiance familiale et très reposante.
