Very Pleasant Holiday House

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. The atmosphere was very pleasant and there are several nice seating areas both inside and outside the house. It's a couple miles into the town and parking is very limited there. So the bicycles are essential as it's a bit of a long walk. This was the one disappointing aspect of our experience. The quality of the bicycles was not very good. We did some maintenance on a couple of them which helped but they certainly weren't the sort of bikes you would want to take on a long ride along the many miles of attractive cycle trails in the area. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay but it would be great if some better bicycles were provided.

Very nice house with beautiful pool

Great stay in nice Andernos les Bains. Beautiful city with a lot of restaurants. The other villages near to Andernos were not comparable with Andernos les Bains. Bordeaux is a nice city to go to.

Clean property with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Bikes were great to see the local area and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Lots to do and see.

Beautiful property in a lovely quiet location

We booked at short notice without knowing the area at all. The house is beautiful and absolutely spotless. The location is a quiet residential area which was just what we wanted. The bikes were a great addition and allowed us to cycle to town, pick up pizza etc.

Very nice house with swimmingpool

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The house had everything we wished for, including 2 bathrooms, a very nice swimmingpool, airco and bicyles we could use. Andernos-les-bains is a lovely town. And it is very easy to visit Bordeaux or other beaches from the location. The owners of the house are very friendly and it is easy to communicate with them via what's app in English.

Maison et extérieurs magnifiques, dans une région pleine d’occasions de découvertes

La maison est en tout point identique aux photos, et c’est pareil pour le jardin. Tout est soigné, de qualité, en parfait fonctionnement. Les équipements sont nombreux, la piscine est parfaite, et le voisinage très calme. La literie est d’excellente qualité, les 2 salles de bain sont impeccables, la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Et les 2 propriétaires sont très sympathiques, et accueillants. Je recommande vivement cette location .

Lovely villa, great location

This was our second visit to this lovely property and the whole family enjoyed our rather warm week in Andernos-les-Bains. It's a great location, and 10 min gentle cycle into the town for some great food/ice cream options, and a little over an hour's cycle along great cycle paths to our favourite beach, Grand Crohot. The owners are great to deal with and very communicative. Will deifnitely stay again if we get the chance.

Très bon séjour

Un très bon accueil des propriétaires. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien. La maison est très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour que rien ne manque. La piscine est bien chauffée et propre. Le jardin très beau aussi. Propriété très bien entretenue. Tout est très bien!

Vacances sur le bassin d'Arcachon

Nous avons passé en famille (5 pers) 15 jours agreables dans cette maison. Elle est située dans un quartier calme en bordure de pinède . La piscine est chauffée à 28°C, du coup nous en avons profité tous les jours même par temps nuageux. Les nombreuses terrasses permettent de se mettre à l'ombre ou au soleil au choix (terrasses avant, arrière, piscine et veranda). Petit bémol, la maison est à 3km du centre ville et de la plage, pour les croissants il faut prendre le velo 😉 ou la voiture. La plage de l'océan du grand Crohot est à 20km avec un grand parking ombragé. La gentillesse du propriétaire est à souligner, si nous passons de nouvelles vacances dans la région nous n'hésiteront pas à revenir.

Excellent - lovely, clean property with pool - quiet location on the outskirts of Andernos Les Bains

We spent 2 weeks here in August 2018 - we're a family of 5 (3 children aged 8 to 15) and the property is ideal for a family (up to 6 people). The property is in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Andernos Les Bains. If you want a quiet area to spend time together then it is ideal. The main town/beach area is around 40 minutes walk but there are bicycles provided and also a local bus service. The pool is superb, plenty of sunloungers and chairs provided, table tennis table. Excellent communication from the property owner and the local representative who was available at short notice if required. I can highly recommend the property and the location for anybody that would like a quiet and relaxing holiday with access to local facilities (restaurants/beach/shops/supermarket within 2-3km).

Villa très accueillante bien équipée fidèle à la description

La villa correspond en tout point à son descriptif et ses photos. Tout y est pensé et aménagé pour qu'on y passe de très bonnes vacances. Elle est très propre (intérieurement et extérieurement), située dans un endroit calme. Nous nous y sommes beaucoup plu. A recommander sans hésiter, j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Superbe maison ! Super propriétaire !

Je viens de passer un semaine de vacances remarquable dans cette maison totalement conforme à la description et aux photos. Un propriétaire (Laurent) très disponible et enclin au bien être de ses locataires. Un contact sur place (Martine) très arrangeant et disponible elle aussi. A réserver sans hésitation. Je rereserverai sans aucun problème cette superbe maison qui a enchanté toute ma petite famille (femme et enfants de 5, 12 et 14 ans). Maison très fonctionnelle (tout le nécessaire fourni sur place jusqu'aux vélos, table de ping ping, transats et matelas, jeux de piscine, ustensiles cuisine ... comme a la maison en fait ! ). Maison exceptionnellemnt propre, décorée avec goût. Merci à vous Laurent.

NOUS AVONS PASSE AVEC NOS PETITS ENFANTS UN SEJOUR AGREABLE QUI A DEBUTE PAR UN ACCUEIL TRES CHALEUREUX. LA MAISON DONT L'EQUIPEMENENT EST DE TRES BON STANDING ET D'UNE ORGANISATION ET D'UNE PROPRETE IRREPROCHABLE. Très bonne location

La maison et le terrain sont très bien aménagés et entretenus dans un endroit très calme.L'accueil et les conseils pour les activités à faire ont été très bons. Nous avons profité de la piscine, des superbes pistes cyclables, de la plage océane du Grand Crohot, de balades le soir sur la jetée.Nous avons encore à découvrir toute la diversité du Bassin d'Arcachon. Je recommande très fortement cette location.

Nous avons été impressionnés par cette villa qui propose tout le confort aussi bien intérieur qu'extérieur pour des vacances réussies. Accueil chaleureux et ensoleillé à notre arrivée, charmante attention de nos hôtes, informations utiles sur l'organisation urbaine et les activités commerciales et estivales, prévenance à l'égard de nos besoins ont largement contribué à notre enchantement. Le quartier où se situe la villa est calme, l'intimité préservée. Je recommande cette villa à tous et espère avoir l'occasion d'y revenir prochainement.

QUE DU BONHEUR !!!

Nous avons séjourné huit jours dans cette très belle et agréable maison pleine de bonnes surprises et à deux pas de toute commodités .Il y en a pour tous les gouts ! Intérieur et extérieur très propre et soigné . Après un barbecue ,une bonne sieste dans les transats , sur la grande terrasse à l'abri des regards , bercé par la petite cascade du bassin à poissons , que du bonheur !!! . Un apéro au petit bar et quelques pas de danse dans une très belle et grande véranda qui , même par temps de pluie , peut accueillir toute la famille pour profiter de bons moments autour d'une grande table . Une table de ping-pong , des vélos , des jeux divers et variés sont à notre disposition , lecteur DVD et même un bon vieux magnétoscope .Vaste jardin ou trône une belle piscine propre , entretenue, sécurisée et très bien équipée . La liste est longue et positive sur cette location mais pour la perfection , une connexion internet manque . Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilités et leurs attentions et , pour la belle rencontre avec notre hôtesse d'accueil Martine pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilités .

Villa très agréable et super sejour

La villa est très agréable et très propre. Elle est spacieuse tout comme le jardin qui est bien entretenu avec sa belle terrasse et sa piscine. Maison très bien équipée. Merci à Martine pour l accueil sympathique ! Nous avons passe 2 semaines a Andernos et nous comptons bien y retourner !

Many changes have led us to live in different places; Orange; Reims, Rochefort, Chambéry, Corsica and the Bassin d'Arcachon.

Our villa is located on a fully enclosed plot in a very nice neighborhood near the forest.
It is ideal for families with young children.
5 bikes are at your disposal and the bike path nearby will allow you to reach the city and the beach very quickly.
From the villa, a few steps along a path you will enjoy walks in the forest (it is not uncommon to cross a deer, a rabbit, and many other animals nearby).
From this path, you will join 'Escalade Parc', as well as the various facilities of the sport complex (football field, rugby, petanque, skate park, tennis etc ...)
The casino of Andernos les Bains is also nearby.
This villa is entirely at your disposal, and you will feel at home during your stay.
