The villa is the ideal location to explore Arcachon- on a quiet street close to the park, the many restaurants and shops, and of course the beautiful beaches. The villa has everything you could need from beach toys and kitchen utensils, to umbrellas and shopping bags. It is well cared for and has a nice mix of quaint and modern touches. It has the charm of the area and allows you a restful and at times of higher temperatures a cool location to relax. The welcome is warm and lots of useful tips provided to assist you stay. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison d'Arcachon, elle est trÚs bien située, confortable, décorée avec goût et trÚs bien équipée Nous y retournerons avec plaisirA noter la place de parking privée dans l'immeuble juste à cÎté, c'est noté dans l'annonce mais je le reprécise bien ici car on ne le voit pas sur les photos et c'est vraiment appréciable pour Arcachon en été.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus hatte ausreichend Platz fĂŒr uns und hat uns super gefallen. Es war sehr zentral gelegen und wir brauchten eigentlich kein Auto. Herzlichen Dank!

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine dans cette jolie maison au charme traditionnel arcachonnais. Elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et situĂ©e, et elle garde la fraĂźcheur. Le marchĂ© quotidien est tout proche, les plages aussi : tout peut se faire Ă  pied, c’est ce que nous cherchions. Les Ă©changes avec le propriĂ©taire ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs faciles et simples. Maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille sans voiture

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cette belle maison. Nous avons fait le pari de venir en train avec des enfants en bas ùge et n'avons pas été déçus. Notre découverte de la plage, du centre-ville s'est faite à pied, celle du bassin à bateau. Il y a des bus pour le zoo et la dune du Pilat. Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse d'ajouter un lit parapluie à l'équipement (déjà trÚs complet) de la maison.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le logement de Bernd. La maison est trÚs agréable et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Un emplacement trÚs central, la plage est à qqes minutes à pied seulement, à proximité des commerces et du parc mauresque. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Maison ancienne bien située

Le positif : tout peut se faire Ă  pied, un stationnement inclus dans la rue, maison assez fraĂźche pendant la canicule car grande hauteur sous plafond, cuisine neuve et propre, des fenĂȘtres dans les sdb, jardin aĂ©rĂ© et frais car orientĂ© N/S, une intendante top niveau, maison bien tenue et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, des volets extĂ©rieurs partout. le nĂ©gatif : la rue est bruyante le soir voire la nuit de par sa proximitĂ© avec le centre-ville, la terrasse et le jardin sont trĂšs exposĂ©s au vent quand il souffle fort, le charme ancien de la maison peut ĂȘtre perçu comme vieillot au niveau du confort des matelas en 90, l'accĂšs Ă  la maison n'est pas de plein-pied mais se fait par un escalier Ă©troit oĂč passer avec des vĂ©los est trĂšs difficile

Maison trÚs bien équipée, et trÚs propre. Nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié le barbecue Weber pour une cuisine en extérieure. Elle est parfaitement placée tout proche du centre ville et de la plage. Maison arborée qui permet un ombrage tout au long de la journée. Excellente semaine.

Haus in idealer Lage

Haus ist sehr individuell eingerichtet, was uns gut gefallen hat. Da wir mit dem Zug gekommen sind, war die NĂ€he zum Bahnhof ideal. Lage zu GeschĂ€ften und Strand auch super! Sehr individuelles Objekt! Da verzeiht man Kleinigkeiten, die nicht funktionieren, gern! Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Charmante maison en centre-ville

Une maison avec beaucoup de cachet et fonctionnelle, au calme, dotée d'un petit jardin trÚs agréable, idéalement localisée, à 5' des commerces, de la jetée, de la gare, du parc mauresque, des pistes cyclables. HÎte trÚs disponible en amont de la réservation et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Ferienhaus mit sympathischer AtmosphÀre.

Die Lage des Objektes war fĂŒr uns perfekt. Neben einem Park gelegen und mittelbar am Rande der Innenstadt mit vielfĂ€ltigen Angeboten. Wer eine sterile Unterkunst mit glatten OberflĂ€chen sucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Wer den Reiz des Unvollkommenen schĂ€tzt und damit umgehen kann, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Wohltuende AtmosphĂ€re bestimmt dieses Haus. Und wenn mal was nicht klappt ist der Vermieter selbst hilfsbereit.

Sehr charmantes Haus mit viel Platz fĂŒr Familien

Ker Avel ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Nah zur Stadt, zum Bahnhof, zum Supermarkt, zum BĂ€cker, zur wunderschönen Markthalle, zum Parc Mauresque und zum Strand. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ruhige Lage am Rand der Ville d'Hiver. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Garten, die KĂŒche ist mit einem tollen Herd, SpĂŒlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Microwelle etc. perfekt ausgestattet. Die vielen Töpfe und Pfannen regen zum Kochen an. Außerdem gibt es einen Salon und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin mit zahlreichen PlĂ€tzen zum Lesen und gemĂŒtlichen Beisammensein. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und noch einen Wintergarten mit einer weiteren Schlafmöglichkeit. Die BĂ€der sind gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt genug SchrĂ€nke und Kommoden um alles unterzubringen. Uns hat der Stil des Hauses augesprochen gut gefallen. Von außen sieht man viel blau, innen ĂŒberwiegt unbehandeltes Holz. Die Möbel sind mit Geschmack ausgewĂ€hlt und platziert. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und alle AblĂ€ufe sind ganz reibungslos. Wir bedanken uns fĂŒr den rundum erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Une maison qui a du cachet avec son plancher , sa cheminĂ©e et bien situĂ©e pour faire arcachon Ă  pied . Un effort Ă  faire sur la literie , seul un lit double est confortable , autre lit double et lits simples trĂšs durs . Équipement Ă©lectromĂ©nager pourrait ĂȘtre complĂ©tĂ© d’un mixeur ( on a fait bcp de cuisine !)
