A wonderful stay

I’ve been coming to ansedonia for 5 years now and Michele’s place has been our favourite so far. We hope to come back next year.

A beautiful location but villa would benefit from some maintenance.

The location of the villa was fantastic and the pool area was the best we had ever had. With some updating this could be a wonderful villa. The outdoor furniture was falling apart and the 2 showers other than the master bedroom did not work well. There was a lack of items such as a corkscrew and toaster. The villa is attached to another villa owned by the cousin of the owner. She has 3 dogs which have full access to both properties. They initially barked aggressively but did settle down.

Tutto bene nach italienischer Art. Sehr schönes, grosszügiges Haus, tolles Pool und Garten. Zuvorkommender Vermieter, den wir leider nicht gesehen haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage und Umgebung war super. Der Pool war Mega. Leider ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Elektrokästendeckel stegen offen, Kühl-Gefrierschranktüre müsste erneuert werden. Badeinrichtung (Dusche inkl Duschkopf hätten defenitiv optimierungspotenzial. Des weiteren wären die Matrazen zum eechsel bereit.

Soggiorno ad ansedonia

La villa ha superato qualsiasi aspettativa, sia in termini logistici che strutturali Casa grande organizzata e dotata di tutti i conforts, ci abbiamo soggiornato in 7 e siamo stati comodissimi . Il biliardo nella zona living e la cucina spaziosa hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto conviviale. Sottolineo che le foto presenti sul portale non rendono fede alla realtà poiché la villa dal vivo è ancora più bella CONSIGLIATISSIMA !!!

Casa e posizione mozzafiato

La casa è meravigliosa e la vista toglie il fiato e la piscina era già operativa, siamo stati benissimo. Unica differenza rispetto all'annuncio è che i posti letto effettivi sono 8, non 9, ma è stato un fantastico soggiorno. Michele più che disponibile.

Entspannter Familienurlaub in Ansedonia

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist super - von der Terrasse und zwei der 4 Schlafzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Halbinsel. Ebenso der Pool, der gemeinschaftlich mit einer zweiten Wohneinheit geteilt wird, ist super! Michele, der Vermieter, war stets und schnell zur Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gab oder wir eine Frage hatten.

Wunderbare Lage

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit Aussicht aufs Meer und die Halbinsel Monte Argentario. Vom Ort her perfekt mit wunderbarer Umgebung und schönem Garten. Man ist in 10 min. zu Fuss am Meer, das jetzt, MItte/Ende Oktober noch schön warm war. Der Strand ist schön und es hat schön viel Platz, da kaum mehr Leute dort sind in dieser Jahreszeit. Das gilt für die ganze Umgebung: wunderschöne, einsame Buchten und Strände auch auf der Halbinsel Monte Argentario und der Insel Giglio. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Surfschule Tortuga am Strand unter dem Haus. Das Haus selber ist nett, aber keine Villa, wie es im Titel heisst. Die Infrastruktur liess etwas zu wünschen übrig. Viele kaputte Lampen, schlecht funktionierender Gasherd. Und ein Sanitärproblem im einen Badezimmer, wodurch das Kinderzimmer im Prinzip unbrauchbar wurde (Gestank). Der Besitzer hat sich zwar bemüht, war aber nicht vor Ort, was alles verkompliziert. Neue Leuchtmittel wurden geschickt, und es kam auch ein Sanitärinstallateur vorbei, der konnte das Problem aber auf die Schnelle nicht beheben. Für die Übergabe war niemand anwesend, was wir erst kurz vor Ankunft erfahren haben. Telefonisch ging es auch, dank guter Italeinischkenntnisse unsererseits, aber eine persönliche Übergabe wäre schon hilfreich gewesen. Sehr schön ist der Garten mit dem Pool, der auch noch gefüllt war. Das Wasser natürlich etwas kühl, aber man konnte schon noch schwimmen. Gut zu wissen: Man ist nicht so allein, wie man es sich vom Inserat her vielleicht vorstellt. Im angebauten oberen Hausteil wohnen andere Familienmitglieder mit zwei freundlichen Hunden. Die sind alle nett, nur kann es zwischendurch recht laut werden mit Musik bis spät in die Nacht. Allerdings kein Problem, wenn man miteinander redet. Insgesamt haben wir eine wunderbare Ferienwoche erlebt in Ansedonia und die Abwicklung mit Reservation und Zahlung verlief unkompliziert.

Perfekt Auszeit

Stilvolles Haus im toskanischen Stil.Toll ausgestattet mit himmlischer Aussicht. Das Objekt eignet sich sehr gut für Gruppen. Dass ein paar Dinge (Duschbefestigung, Bettgestelle, Fensterverschluss)etwas kaputt sind, haben wir dem sehr freundlichen Besitzer gemeldet. Aussicht und Ambiente machen aber alles wett!

Bella esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 e siamo stati molto bene. La casa è spaziosa e accogliente. In particolare la zona esterna è meravigliosa x cene all'aperto ( abbiamo usato molto il barbecue) e relax davanti ad una vista incantevole del promontorio. La piscina è grande e circondata da sdrai e tende. La casa dispone di lavatrice e lavastoviglie, sempre comode in vacanza. Michele è stato gentile e professionale, fornendoci suggerimenti utili x visitare i dintorni. Un soggiorno molto molto piacevole.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön, wir hatten zu neunt sehr gut Platz! Die Aufteilung der Räume ist noch besser als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Der Pool bietet sofort Abkühlung und Spaß, aber auch die Umgebung bietet einiges, schöne Strände, Fahrradtouren (Fahrradverleih auch gleich ums Eck), schöne Städtchen und gute Restaurants. So kam jeder auf seine Kosten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Soggiorno molto piacevole

Abbiamo trascorso un mese e mezzo presso l’Ammiraglia del Signor Michele a giugno e luglio con un altra famiglia. La casa, il giardino e la piscina sono tenuti benissimo e sono molto confortevoli La terrazza fuori dalla casa offre una vista mozzafiato della spiaggia della Feniglia fino al Monte Argentario e all’isola del Giglio. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile e la passeggiata in bicicletta nella pineta della Feniglia veramente piacevole. Tutto l’Argentario è raggiungibile con comodità’ e così le stazioni per muoversi verso Roma o Firenze. La disponibilità del proprietario è stata assoluta nel cercare di risolvere ogni difficoltà. Vorremmo tornarci presto Manuela

Life can be so beautiful

We - two families of all together 9 people with dog - had a fantastic stay in Micheles beautiful place. Although there would have been many things to discover in the area we stayed most of the time around the house with the gorgeous property and the big pool. The kids also loved the pool table! We had all our meals outside on the terrace with a stunning view over the sea, nearby beaches even up to Elba. We also used the outside barbecue place. Even for so many people the kitchen is very well equipped. We walked to the beach, which takes around 10-15 minutes and is an easy walk along the street (we did not find a short cut). Also way up/back was no problem. Michele was very friendly and helpful. We have already recommended this place to friends and hope to come back one day!

Endroit idyllique

La maison est magnifique et vraiment très spacieuse. Elle offre toutes les commodités et même plus. L'endroit est très calme et offre un panorama splendide. La mer est toute proche mais la piscine est tellement belle que nous étions tentés d'y rester toute la journée. A faire absolument : la traversée de la pinède à pied ou à vélo, 6 km à sous les pins parasols et sous le regards des biches. Séjour bien trop court malheureusement. Merci beaucoup à Micaele pour son amabilité.

Our stay in the villa Ammiraglietta

We enjoied our stay very much. Our host was very friendly, helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. This villa is part of a bigger villa and has it's own two terraces. It extents over two stories with a large kitchen and two family rooms. There is one master bedroom with bath, a children room and two more bedrooms. The Villa is well equipped (Wlan, dishwasher, washing maschine, air conditioning, satellite TV (italian), Nespresso coffee maker etc.). The large pool is shared with the other appartments, but there are enough deck chairs. The view over the bay to la Feniglia and Monte Argentario is splendid. On clear days, the sun sets behind Elba in the far distance. To reach the closest beach (la Feniglia) it is advisable to take the car, since the Via delle Mimose doesn't have much traffic, but is very norrow (no walkway). There is a caffè/Restaurant/shop not too far away. And don't miss out on Cosà! Everything worked well, we enjoied our stay and would like to come back. Thanks Michele Julia, Ecki and Nelly

"Nous avons passé un exce...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui s''est avérée plus agréable que les photos du site ne le laissent à penser. La vue sur mer est splendide : quel plaisir de prendre un verre sur la terrasse au coucher de soleil, ou bien encore de préparer un repas dans la grande cuisine tout en admirant la vue sur le Monte Argentario en face ! Nous avons aussi bien apprécié le coin barbecue, dont on sent qu''il a été conçu par des gens qui avaient souci de pouvoir l''utiliser pour eux-mêmes. La piscine, très grande, est parfaitement implantée, en contrebas de la maison, et sa pergola permet de se reposer en profitant d''un peu d''ombre. Bref, on n''est pas prêts d''oublier notre séjour à Ansedonia."
