Rural villa, made of marble and local stones, on a terraced land of 5,000 m2 overhanging the sea with an aerial view of the Giglio Island, Capo d'Uomo and Torre della Maddalena. The land is furnished and equipped and has shady corners for reading, swimming pool, lawns with sun beds for sunbathing, panoramic terraces, outdoor showers, barbecue and outdoor dining room.
The house, consisting of lounge with fireplace, 5 bedrooms for 10 beds (2 double with large bed, 2 double with French bed, 1 twins with separate beds), 4 bathrooms (1 bath tub, 3 showers), kitchen equipped, patio and small cellar, it is cool in summer and warm in winter (independent heating). The vegetation is florid and fragrant, typical of the Mediterranean scrub, with 350-year-old olive trees. Access to the beaches and use of 2-seater canoe.
