The villa is located in the heart of Ansedonia, surrounded by a well-kept and lush private garden with swimming pool and parking for 3 cars.
The villa, on three floors, is composed of 3 double bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms, large living room and equipped kitchen. In addition there is a bathroom on the ground floor with the possibility of using a double sofa bed in the living area. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi and smart TV.

Free of charge for our guests, we also offer maintenance of the garden and swimming pool by specialized personnel.

The villa is located a few meters from the famous Feniglia beach within walking distance (in about 10 minutes).

Perfect villa

We are a family of 4 who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Francesca’s villa. It was very peaceful and a perfect setting for exploring the area. The beds were comfortable and we immediately felt at home, both inside and out. We highly recommend!

Beautiful home above the Tuscan Coast

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and comfortable home just above the coast in the Maremma region of Tuscany. Angelica is a wonderful hostess and was quick to respond and give local recommendations and restaurants. The house has everything you need to sit back and relax, including a refreshing pool and lovely gardens. We were able to easily explore the surrounding towns including Orbatello, Pitigliano, Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stephano (where we took a breathtaking boat ride along the coast). Another must see are the Etruscan ruins that are situated just a few minutes up the hill from the house. Thank you Angelica for being a fantastic hostess! We will definitely recommend your home to our friends and family!!
