Back yard feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere

I rented this property because of the picture of the backyard. I was skeptical that it really was going to be how the photo looked, but it actually does give you the cabin in the woods feel when you’re on the back deck. The bike pathes are also accessible from the back yard which make it very convenient.

Great house for a family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at 8 Quartz Mountain. The house is just the right size for a group of 6 (though we only had 4). Furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is really well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. It even has a salad spinner, juicer, blender, and coffee grinder. Bennington Properties, which manages the home, was incredibly prompt and responsive whenever we had a question or need. They were very intent on making our stay pleasant. Two minor negative points: very dusty under the sofa, and blankets in the master were old and thin. There is a very heavy comforter, so it is possible to be warm enough, but we personally found it uncomfortable. So we needed better blankets.

Nice Dog Friendly Home

Awesome home to call "home" while in Sun River
