And 'situated 45 km from Florence, 35 km from Bologna and 200 from Venice. All services are up to 3 km away. The cottage is on three floors: ground floor consists of ail dining room, living room with fireplace, kitchen, service and panoramic veranda. On the first floor there are two comfortable and spacious rooms and a large bathroom with shower and small tub. Glorious Isolation in beautiful surroundings

Traditional, tasteful renovation of old hillside building with fantastic views over the Monghidoro valley. Four large bedrooms on the upper two floors with large well appointed bathrooms on each floor. Ground floor with separate loo, lounge, kitchen and dining room area. Outside, a covered veranda with a table seating 8 very comfortably which was the preferred eating space, good basic barbeque which could be moved to assist with smoke management within the spacious garden. Additional table and seating area in garden, excellent for late evening drinks and watching the fireflies while studying the stars as there is hardly any ambient light pollution. Apart from the noise of agriculture and the sounds of nature almost complete silence. Serendipidity; you can find delightful peace there. Venus rises over the horizon just after 4am, the sun follows a few minutes after 6, there's no need for an alarm clock here, the birds are full of song from 4:45 and provide a delightful start to the day if you leave your windows open. Glorious views across the hillside where you can follow the progression of haymaking and harvesting on the steep terrain. Overall, fantastic in every way.

maison agréable

la maison est spacieuse avec une belle vue sur les Appenins un bémol cependant ;Une autre maison donne sur le jardin ce qui n'est pas un problème mais un studio est loué avec accès par le jardin de la maison que nous avions loué et partage d'une partie du jardin ce qui n'est absolument pas précisé sur l'annonce d Abritel Homeway .

Vaste maison, décorée avec goût, au calme, superbe vue sur l’Apennin tosco-émilien. À la frontière entre la Toscane et l'Émilie-Romagne. L'altitude de 700 m permet des nuits fraîches.

rustig verblijf in hartelijke omgeving

"De woning ligt heel rustig, een eind buiten het dorp, op een helling. De ligging voldeed geheel aan onze verwachtingen. Het aantal slaapkamers en badkamers is interessant voor gezinnen met grotere kinderen. Privacy voor iedereen is mogelijk. De inrichting van de keuken en de eetplaats is wel erg ouderwets, en bovendien oud. De stoelen rond de eettafel moeten dringend hetzij vervangen, hetzij gerepareerd worden. Dit is een louter praktisch punt. Het onthaal was erg hartelijk. De buurvrouw die een oogje in het zeil houdt voor de eigenaars is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, zonder opdringerig te zijn. De omheinde tuin is ideaal voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Ook onze hond werd hartelijk ontvangen en kon bovendien spelen met de honden van de buren. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad."

Il rustico è molto spazioso, ben accessoriato (in cucina non manca nulla, biblioteca molto ben fornita, per tutti i gusti, non mancano nemmeno le carte da gioco) ideale per due famiglie od un gruppo di amici numeroso. Ma la cosa più bella è la posizione. Si tratta di un piccolissimo borgo costituito da solo 4 case con bellissima vista sulle colline circostanti; davanti i prati e dietro il bosco. Per chi ha bambini (i nostri hanno 6 ed 8 anni) lo spazio per il gioco non manca, in assenza assoluta di pericoli. Ideale per chi ama le camminate, il silenzio e la tranquillità. Bologna e Firenze sono vicine e facilmente raggiungibili. La zona è molto interessante per chi ama la natura, la storia recente (da cui passava la line gotica) e la gastronomia (non perdetevi assolutamente la trattoria da Carlett a Monghidoro). Per i bambini non mancano un parco avventura e la piscina comunale riscaldata. La gente del posto è molto cordiale e disponibile a dare informazioni od a scambiare due chiacchiere, a partire dai vicini di casa, gente stupenda. La padrona di casa, assente durante il nostro soggiorno, è disponibile per qualunque necessità. Giudizio assolutamente positivo

de très belles vacances

nous avons passé un moment de calme dans cette jolie maison, avec une très belle vue sur les collines . la maison est bien équipée, le village a une grande psiscine en plein air et un centre d'acro branches qui a plus aux enfants . l'accueil est très chaleureux.
