Villa Lippia A is a characteristic and welcoming villa in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Lippia A you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Lippia A is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared jacuzzi pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Tuglie, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles). You will reach Villa Lippia A from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Lippia A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the living room. In the wellness room you will find an exercise bike, a sauna and a Turkish bath. Here you will also find a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. The Jacuzzi pool is open from 10 am to 6 pm.
Living Room
The living room is paved with characteristic tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano(please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). The room has two double-glazed large windows with a view of the garden.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through an arched opening. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In the dining room you will find a television (local channels). There is a practical fireplace, for decorative purposes only. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a small high window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a table to seat six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). The kitchen has a high window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator.
