This is a quaint and convenient lodge room in Telluride by the San Miguel River!

Bedding: Two queen beds

To access the Manitou Lodge, guests cross the footbridge located at the end of S. Fir Street. This hotel room is located on the ground floor has two queen beds in the same living space. The room includes a flatscreen TV, Roku, mini-fridge and a small dining table. An ensuite private bathroom has a step-in glass-enclosed shower and a small pedestal sink.

Every room at the Manitou Lodge has a mini-fridge, coffee maker, starter coffee, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and robes. There is no A/C at this property.

The Manitou Lodge has designated ski lockers, a common area kitchen and TV room, and a deck facing the river. The lodge is conveniently located right in Telluride by the San Miguel River, just two short blocks to Lift 8 and the free gondola, Main Street and Town Park.

This property can accommodate one vehicle for street parking. Parking is located in the diagonal spaces by the footbridge or around the surrounding streets. Please note - the dirt parking lot is a private lot. Manitou guests are not able to park here. If utilizing the street parking permit, please ensure you have registered your vehicle with our Guest Services team to avoid ticketing/towing. Please read and follow all posted parking signs; Alpine Lodging is not responsible for ticketing/towing.

Perfect Location

This property is the perfect location for everything in Telluride. Only a couple blocks to hop on the gondola for some great mountain biking and also just a couple blocks from the Main Street. Perfect spot.

This exceeded our expectations! Very welcoming and make you feel like your right at home!! Close walk to everything from food, shops and the park!! The stream is right off your deck and the kitchen area is an added plus!! The hot tub was stunning as well!!

You almost can't stay closer to the Gondola without sleeping IN the gondola. The common area is comfortable and the breakfast is well-stocked. They should make a bigger point of detailing in the listing that breakfast is provided, as is ice, a microwave, etc, just not in the rooms themselves. Rooms are as spacious and comfortable as anybody needs and access is super easy.

Depot Avenue is position A in downtown Telluride! We were a block from the gondola, and only blocks from everything in town. The house was functional with a great layout for a group of people. Multiple floors of bedrooms, and the main floor kitchen, dining, and living room worked well for us. The house itself was in only OK shape. The whirlpool tub did not function correctly (heated but no working jets-unable to fix) the main floor bath shower drain did not drain well-unable to be fixed. Several (3) dining chairs had loose or broken legs-I tightened those that could be fixed. The gas grill had no propane when we arrived, and had to call for replacement. All in all, the house was OK.

Kicked out early for no reason.

The location is great, the beds were fine, the water was hot (unfortunately no cold water to drink) but we had our locks changed before checkout time unbeknownst to us. When we tried calling to get let back in our room we got no answer (I still haven’t had a call back 2 days later). We lost out on a good hour of our powder day due to this issue. To top it off the hot tub was out of order and nobody told us this prior to check in.
