Mountainside Inn is Telluride's most affordable property, conveniently located along the San Miguel River and just 200 yards to lift #7!

*Please note: Parking in the town of Telluride is a growing issue. Mountainside Inn parking spaces are limited, and permit availability is first come, first served. We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, and use one of the Mountainside Inn Parking Permits, there is a $20 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.*

The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators).

This hotel room has a king bed that can be split into two twins if desired. The room has a flat-screen TV with satellite, mini-fridge, small microwave, fan and humidifier. The private bathroom has a shower (no tub) and hairdryer.

Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn.

The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.

Please be aware that your room number may differ than the one on your reservation confirmation. The Mountainside Inn reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable room without notifying the guest.

This room is dog-friendly with prior notification and a $30/night fee. Pet fees will be charged at check-in. Two dog limit.

Relaxing sound of the river out the window!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Side Inn. We stayed on the 1st floor with the river outside our windows. Every night we went to sleep with the window open and enjoying the sound of the running river! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Telluride Stay

Check in was not good. Information said manager would be available till 9:00pm. We arrived around and had to call to find out how and where to check in. The room was comfortable. Lisa the attending manager was fabulous. Very informative and excellent personality. Parking was never dependable.

Absolutely Wonderful

Still amazed at my stay here. The price for the town and location you can't beat! First, our unit was the perfect space. Not too large as to be wasteful, but large enough for myself, husband, and two medium sized pups to have plenty of room. Everything we needed as well and all in working order. Not to mention, our large window overlooked the creek that winds through town! It was super private while at the same time being nestled in it all. Step outside onto the creek walking path. Walk a short few minutes further to all the offerings of this small town. Very happy to have stayed here and would love to return again and again!

Great time in telluride

We loved the location of the property. It was within walking distance of everything in downtown Telluride. Staff was very nice and helpful. They even gave us a bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary that we were celebrating while visiting Telluride. Not only would we recommend this property, but when we return, we will definitely hope we can get a place there again.

Great location! 5 minute walk to the Telluride Coonskin lift or 10 minutes or less to gondola. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking ok- overflow parking in the Carhenge lot nearby but snow removal in this lot was pretty poor. Unit was not the most updated, but had everything we needed including microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Clean and an overall great experience!
