Located in the heart of a residential area known as La Parata, the studio has wonderful views overlooking the meditteranean and the Mojacar to Aguilas coastline.
The property consists of a large studio room with two picture windows with wooden security shutters, a sofa bed as well as alternative sofa seating and an ensuite walk in shower room There is a TV/WIFI/ fridge/freezer/kettle/coffee making facilities/linen provided. It has been furnished simply with bookshelves and paintings. There is ample car parking space immediately outside. A shared amenity of a large swimming pool and tennis court is within walking distance as well as a very popular bar restaurant.
