Self Contained Studio for two persons with amazing views and outside terrace.

Located in the heart of a residential area known as La Parata, the studio has wonderful views overlooking the meditteranean and the Mojacar to Aguilas coastline.
The property consists of a large studio room with two picture windows with wooden security shutters, a sofa bed as well as alternative sofa seating and an ensuite walk in shower room There is a TV/WIFI/ fridge/freezer/kettle/coffee making facilities/linen provided. It has been furnished simply with bookshelves and paintings. There is ample car parking space immediately outside. A shared amenity of a large swimming pool and tennis court is within walking distance as well as a very popular bar restaurant.

Amazing view. Perfect Size. Great Hospitality.

Had a great holiday in Mojácar and found this studio to be perfect for us. All amenities provided, beautiful view over coast and a shady terrace to sit out enjoying early evening drinks. The swimming pool was a 4 minute walk away with a restaurant/ bar next to it. Will be back, my only regret was that we didn’t take our tennis rackets as I would have enjoyed using this amenity early morning. Host was very helpful and gave provided us with lots of information of where to visit. Highly recommend
