Jonsdorf - modern apartment by forest

Our comfortable, modern and newly re-furbished apartment is on the first floor and sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment is spacious, with clean lines and contemporary styles.

living room: the spacious living room has a large sofabed for two, TV (cabled), DVD player, a small collection of DVDs, broadband internet (wireless and free of charge).

bedrooms: there is one generous double bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. There is ample storage space in the wardrobe. The room is calming and airy, but very quiet, situated at the back of the building - overlooking the garden.

bathroom: the new tiled bathroom has bathtub with shower over it. Hot water is provided by an instantaneous water heater and so saves energy. There is also a washing machine.

kitchen: the modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all the pans and pots, plates and cups and glasses you could need. There is an electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, full sized dishwasher etc. The kitchen also has a dining area for 4 people.

The apartment has gas central heating, regulated by a central thermostat and on each radiator.

Guests may make use of the whole garden. There are sunny areas as well as shady corners and plenty of space.

There is free off-street parking directly next to the house.

Towels and bedding provided. No additional charge for end-of-stay cleaning.
Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at a charge.
The apartment has an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

There is also a local "Kurtaxe" charge (currently 1.90 euros per adult per night) which is payable on arrival. From May 2025 2,90/1,45 per night.

We can provide one highchair and one travel cot at no extra cost. No bedding provided for cot. Please reserve when booking.

Pricing depends on how many people stay and may vary at Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
We have a minimum stay of two nights.

Security/breakages deposit is 150 euros, to pay in cash on arrival, refundable on departure.

Departure: by 10am
These times are only applicable if other guests are checking-in or out on the same day.

Moderne und sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Das Haus bzw die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Waldrand. Das ist für Wanderungen/Spaziergänge ideal. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns rund um Wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen. :)

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wunderbar ausgestattet, mit allem was man brauchte. Auf Mülltrennung wurde Wert gelegt, was mir sehr gefällt. Ich würde das Objekt definitiv weiter empfehlen und auch wieder mieten.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt wenn man eine Auszeit sucht. Man kann direkt mit der Wanderung vor der Tür starten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafsofa ist vielleicht bisschen unbequem aber das haben die Dinger so an sich. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.

Uns hat unser Kurzurlaub mit vier Übernachtungen in Jonsdorf sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren in der kleineren der beiden Wohnungen. Diese ist sehr gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und liegt ausgesprochen ruhig. Man kann auch gemütlich im Garten sitzen. Die beiden Wirtsleute sind sehr nett. Alles in allem: beide Daumen hoch!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Die ruhige Lage direkt am Waldrand ist idealer Ausgangpunkt für Wanderungen bzw. Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es gibt einen großen Garten, in dem Kinder gut herumtoben können. Netter Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern! Eine wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber. Es ist ruhig gelegen und ideal zum Wandern mit dem angrenzenden Wald. Der große Garten ist klasse zum Rumtoben mit den eigenen Kindern. Absolute Empfehlung!
