Privacy, Privacy, Privacy!! Located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge Community , this outstanding luxury single story executive villa (Villa Tuscan Ridge) is situated on a large lot and features air-conditioning throughout and free High Speed Internet WIFI!

Our newly resurfaced, sparkling swimming pool faces southwest and a large conservation area, ensuring maximum privacy. Our heated hot tub is included in the rental of our home and the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day. Please ask for this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.

Our stylish villa includes modern furnishings, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and an Xbox console.

Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive.

The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top.

Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed.

Great house to stay at

The house was very clean, spacious, pool was a highlight. Everything about this location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more! Close to shopping, restaurants, quiet neighborhood, it is located at the back of the subdivision so there were just woods in the backyard with no homes behind you. So, while enjoying the pool you didn't have to wonder if someone was watching you. Highly recommend this home. The game room was a plus as well! Pool table, ping pong table, darts, etc.

The location, the value, and the amenities were wonderful. We had some challenges with the alarm system and air conditioning, but that was mostly our fault for not reading the details listed. I recommend you read through the handbook and welcome guide before you arrive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

note above ac unit saying dont turn unit below 75 or its on you if it quits working we were way to hot. pretty sad when you have to put fans in rooms to stay cool. lighting in house was terrible too dark at times. fun things like pool table in hot garage. no tennis raquets to go play tennis. would Not stay again

this was a perfect home for our 2 week staythe place was lovely, pool was lovely, beds very comfortable, close to the disney parksour only disappointment was that the hot tub did not work for our whole stay at the house.we did notify management and was told we would get an answer back , but did not hear a thingotherwise a lovely place close to parks and shopping

We had a great two weeks at this villa! Good locations to the parks, nice pool and jacuzzi. And nice contact with the management Laura. I you go to Orlando you definitely should book this villa.

One nice week

Everything has already been said about the location and facilities of the house in previous reviews. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Minor issues were resolved immediately by Laura. We give four stars because the house could use some renovation in some places.

Great Disney vacation spot

We spent 5 days here but only went to Disney for two days. It was so nice to have a place to just hang out and relax on those other days. The house was very clean and the kids loved the pool. I loved the master bed and bath. The only downside was there were no cleaning supplies like soap or extra trash bags, so you will want to pack/buy some of those.

Disney Vacation

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at the home. We were only a 30 minute drive from all the Disney parks at which we spent the majority of our days. After long days at the park, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub for an hour or so before we had to retire to bed and rest up for the following day. I would have loved to spend more time at the house to enjoy more of the pool and peace & quiet in this quaint little neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable Stay

Very clean property, with easy access, and pretty much as advertised. Area very quite just off H27 where there are a couple of Publix supermarkets and a Walmart a bit further up past the 192. Just myself and wife so plenty of room. Have done the parks many times over the years, and now just go for relaxing or seeing things away from disney. They are easy to get to, though universal a bit further away. We did have a few issues, but this never really spoiled our holiday. Communication with Laura was good, and though we never asked, she did compensate us. Would recommend.

absolutely spot on

we stayed here for 5 weeks and everything was perfect.... spotlessly clean on arrival. Everything you could think of was provided. The property's position was perfect for all the parks etc. Neighbours were all very nice - we ordered something from Prime but put wrong house number and they brought it round to us........... very nice people. Property cannot be faulted in our opinion.......... Thank you so much - we will definitely be returning.

Good stay

Although there was a hiccup (A/C not working), host took care of us quickly. House was nice and clean. The only setbacks would be that the pool cleaners, although it says it in their handbook, walked into lanai without knocking or making their presence known. The other minor issue was that there was little to no cooking pans if you wanted to cook. Other than these issues, stay was comfortable, we felt safe and any other issues were addressed immediately.

Acceptable home in a great location

The location of the home was very convenient as it was close to shopping and major highways. The classification of the home as a 4 Bed / 2 Bath home while technically correct is a bit misleading. The home is presently configured as 3 Bed / 2 Bath plus a den. The den does feature a pullout couch but who would enjoy sleeping on a pullout couch for the duration of a holiday when planning for a bed? The utensils in the kitchen were sparse and there were no scissors. No scissors? It is a vacation home not an airplane. We have stayed in several vacation villas and will continue to do so. This one was acceptable and did the job. The pool fence was a good security feature and the home had pool toys. We were not unhappy with the home in any way and the management company was very quick to answer any questions or concerns it was a solid three star experience.

Pros: Location is great for attending the Disney world parks. Very close to groceries and pharmacy. Lovely den with great morning sunshine. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with no neighbours to the rear of the property. Master bedroom bed is quite comfortable. Cons: communication with the management company (Laura) left much to be desired. She was, at times, exceptionally slow to respond and other times made us feel as though we were an inconvenience for asking questions. The hot tub was out of commission for the week we were there and in lieu we were provided free heating of the pool. The problem with that is on the cool week we were there, the pool only heats from 10 am to 6pm and since it gets so cold at night and no cover was provided it had to reheat everyday. That meant the pool was only usable from about 1pm to 4pm. It also claimed the pool temp to be 87 degrees but we ended up buying a pool thermometer because it didn’t feel anywhere near 87 and it was in fact 83 degrees when it stopped heating. The master shower has some cleanliness concerns. The windows are so dirty you can hardly see out of the den or the master bedroom. The bed frame on the guest bed is broken and the mattress is terribly uncomfortable and noisy. There is a lack of cooking pans especially considering the bbq costs extra for the week. The alarm had a fault so we couldn’t set it. The entire home needs a bit of tlc and updating. I would probably stick to a VRBO with a private owner, not a company.

Great Amenities After

This home was a great end to a long exhausting day at Universal with a pool to cool off in and a hot tub to relax back in. Lots of entertaining things to keep the kids occupied. Very clean, comfy beds and hot showers were a definite plus! Host was very response and kind.

We are 5 minutes away from the famous Champions Gate Golf complex, with over 30 other Golf Courses and Golf schools within a short drive from the villa, and we are just a few minutes away from the local amenities. At Tuscan Ridge you will be in the peace and quiet of rural Florida, Surrounded by Orange groves next to a forested conservation area, but only a short drive from the best attractions we are just a few minutes drive from Highway 192, so while we are conveniently close to Highway 192’s multitude of Shops, Restaurants and Attractions, we are also far enough away that we don’t suffer from the traffic, the noise, the traffic pollution and the crowds which are inevitably associated with Highway 192.
Finally, our Villa Pool's deck proposes a South West Facing exposition, which is the best, especially during winter and spring seasons
