This spacious newly renovated 4 bed 3 bath has all the amenities of home so all you need to do is pack your bags and come on down to the most magical place in the world. Just 20 minutes to Disney and shops. Minutes away from Championsgate golf courses. This villa has a full pool and Spa tub (not hot tub) heat now included in screen lanai and backs onto a lush conservation in the backyard no one to bother you while you enjoy your vacation in Orlando. We also have added a games room made up of Darts, ping pong and Table soccer game as well. This property is close to I4, restaurants, shops and movie theaters.

Furniture not to be moved. Take Garbage to curb on Sunday and brought back Tuesday. No recycling in Polk County both bins considered garbage.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay, the house is really nice and the location is fantastic for the parks. We were disappointed that the pool spa didn't heat much warmer than the pool and check out time was early. However we should have researched this prior to booking.

Beautiful house with plenty of room

Enjoyed our stay here as we commuted to Disney each day. Close to the parks and a lot of food choices for out side the parks. Pool was warm and nice to relax after a long day walking around.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay pretty close to all things Disney! Super thankful the property owner had a pack n play as my kids got too nervous to sleep in a different room. Overall had a very good stay it was clean and the pool area was very nice!

Great house in a nice neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our vacation there. The house was clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip. There was also a ping pong table and foosball. Great place. I would stay again.

Fantastic stay!

This was our first Vrbo booking and our stay was very enjoyable! The house was as described and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pool was great! It had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

Lovely House with Quiet Neighborhood

We had a really nice little vacation getaway. House was amazing and roomy. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and ease of access to get around was very good also. Owner’s yeah communication was very timely. Communicating with me and I would rent from him again and again.

Disney Trip

The house was a nice place to stay. Close easy drives to get to all the theme parks. Very quiet neighborhood so it was easy to relax after a long day at the park. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals. A few things were broken upon arrival and will be sending these pictures for Rocky to review and get fixed.

For the most part, a great place to stay

This property looks small from the outside, but it’s huge on the inside with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It could accommodate a huge family! The pictures were accurate. Although, we did have housekeeping issues that the property owner did not know was happening until I told him about it and sent him pictures and I have confidence that he is correcting the situation with his cleaning crew. The location was great lots of places nearby to eat out and close to parks! The pool was awesome, and my eight year old grandson really enjoyed it.

Such an amazing time

This was one of my favorite properties to stay at in Orlando. Definitely will be returning! The owner was AMAZING with communicating and always super friendly and personable! The house was gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. I’m a very boojie person and sometimes hard to please but this place exceeded my expectations. Cannot say enough good things. There was an abundance of towels both bathroom and pool towels, pillows, extra blankets, and the game set up was super cool! Perfect for just adults and perfect for a family with kids of all ages. Loved every minute of it.

Overall a nice place, with a few quirks

Overall, the house and our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. But there are a few things you should be aware of if you're booking a stay here. The neighbors on both sides are permanent. My wife spoke to one of the ladies in the house closest to the front door and said she seemed cool. The folks on the other side kept to themselves. However, *if it bothers you* they smoke pot outside by their pool. It didn't bother us, as it wasn't all the time, but I know that some people don't like it. I would've like to have had a little bit of a heads up about the bug guy and the pool guy showing up. We were there for both of their arrivals and they werent expected. I'm pretty sure I scared the bug guy half to death with my questioning. The master bedroom and bath were really nice, but there's pocket doors in the bathroom. So just be aware of that. Other than the hawk that hangs out in the backyard, that's about it for the surprises. All in all, we had a great stay. I would highly recommend it and we'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Everything was fine until a literal hurricane hit

This is my first time using Vrbo and Honestly everything was great about this property up until hurricane Ian hit. Unfortunately we stayed here during that time and were asked by the owner to vacate for insurance purposes and the safety of my family which i appreciate but also, I’d be out money that wasn’t used on the days unused. I asked for clarity and if there was any compensation should we choose another place to stay and i was met with rude comments on “why i wanted to stay” and “no compensation for life safety.” I’m not here to make things personal or make myself a victim. But if i wasn’t able to get an earlier flight out, I’d have had to rent a car to leave or stay at a different hotel/Vrbo/etc….that money would help.I tried to rectify this issue through Vrbo themselves and all they did was email the owner on this request. At this point the owner responded by calling me selfish, greedy and naive to book during hurricane season. I’ll refrain from any opinions i have other than: Don’t make the same mistake i made if you rent from this owner be sure to buy the extra insurance (especially during your more affordable times like hurricane season) because you won’t receive a dime you’ll just get sent some really “classy” responses when you ask. I won’t be using Vrbo in the future because of my experience.

This property was a year in the making to find that perfect location not to close to the noisy downtown but not too far from it either it gives the best of both worlds and allows a lot of choice during your stay. Restaurants theatres, Bars. It’s all there within minutes of the home. Its surrounded by a lush forest in behind the property for absolute privacy while enjoying a swim or hot tub soak in a screened in linai.

What makes this property unique

Not only is this a 2300sq ft villa filled with a lot of amenities it gives you a lot of choice whether you want to relax in the pool or head out and enjoy Orlando or Tampa. There is nothing for you to bring to this home just yourself. Welcome to our lovely house in the sunshine state!
