Recently built, it is in a style that combines the genuine Formentera with modernity. It is situated in the heart of La Mola, at 1km from the village of El Pilar de la Mola, at 200m above sea level and on a plot of over 15.000m2.

Can Javi de Palma is a real vacation paradise with capacity for 6 people. A spacious living-room with a fireplace, connected with the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen area, opens to one of the outdoor terraces. The sleeping area offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one in suite). On the terrace you can enjoy the cool evening breeze while you make use of the fantastic barbecue, outdoor dining area, and of course... the swimming pool.

Technologically equipped with a flat-screen TV 49", DVD and WIFI. The thick walls and air-conditioning offer a refreshing rest during warm summer nights on the island. The central heating system through the central chimney helps warming up after a cold winter day.

Han sido tres días en la isla fantásticos, la casa es estupenda, el trato con Javi, buenísimo, la casa espectacular, la lastima fue no estar mas días para haberla disfrutado mas. el único "pero" el horario en entrada (16:00 horas) con respecto a la llegada a la isla (11:30 horas) tuvimos que ir toda la mañana con las maletas en el coche a la vista, suerte que la isla es muy tranquila.

Ottimo per gruppo di amici. Noi ci siamo andati in occasione di un compleanno ed è stata la scelta migliore! La casa è perfetta e anche se in 8 persone non si sta stretti anzi ogni persona ha la possibilità di godersi qualsiasi parte della casa. Viene data la disponibilità per tutto il periodo di qualsiasi informazioni sull'isola e sui servizi dalla persona che ti accoglie il giorno dell'arrivo. Non manca proprio nulla e la zona piscina è impeccabile! La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e per i bambini vi è lo spazio eterno da potersi divertire senza pericoli. Javier il proprietario è poi sempre disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento ed elastico anche per quanto riguarda in check in e check out Che dire se ritorno a Formentera non ho dubbi su dove soggiornare!!

Magníficos días en Formentera

Nuestra estancia en la casa Javi de Palma fue estupenda!! La casa es amplia, moderna, dispone de todas las comodidades y está ubicada en una zona privilegiada de la Mola. Francesca nos atendió con mucho cariño, incluso antes de llegar. Disfrutamos de unos preciosos días en nuestra isla favorita!!

Aluguei a casa para viajar com as amigas, e ficamos muito impressionadas com o conforto das instalações. Quartos, sala, cozinha e área externa super amplos, bem decorados, tudo tornou a nossa estadia muito agradável desde o primeiro contato com o dono da casa, Javier, até o dia o último dia da viagem. O Javier e a moça que nos recepcionou foram muito eficientes em resolver qualquer assunto. A casa é super charmosa e fica numa área muito bonita da ilha.

Maravillosa

La casa es ESPECTACULAR: acogedora, moderna, con todo lujo de detalles. En una parcela enorme que era un remanso de paz, en un lugar privilegiado de la isla. Los dormitorios amplios con unos colchones increíblemente cómodos. Los sofás tanto del salón como de la zona chill out un capricho. La cocina moderna y completisima, con todo en cuanto a menaje y electrodomesticos. Y la piscina... increible!!! Lo que pudieron disfrutar los niños con las luces de colores de la piscina!!! Y la barbacoa!!! Una casa de lujo y nuevecita, nos comentaron que la habían terminado en el mes de abril pasado. Las fotos de la web no le hacen justicia, no porque no sean buenas, sino porque cuando estas allí es más bonita todavía. También quiero mencionar la atención de Francesca, que fué muy amable e incluso intentó adelantarnos la hora de entrada el primer día cuando llegamos y se lo pedimos. Y sobre todo agradecer a Javier, el propietario, su atención al ponerse en contacto con nosotros durante la estancia por si necesitábamos algo en la casa o alguna sugerencia en la isla. Íbamos dos familias con niños pequeños, y hemos disfrutado de unas vacaciones MARAVILLOSAS. Sin duda que repetiremos, Can Javi de Palma y Formentera nos han enamorado.
