About the host
Hosted by Owner / Property Manager
My family has lived in Seattle for 20 years. The last 15 years have been in West Seattle. I work downtown and my wife works at the local school our children attend.
Why they chose this property
This is the home we live in most of the year and we love it. We use Vrbo and Airbnb for nearly all our travels. In the summertime my family has also been renting our primary home while we travel since 2014. It has allowed us to afford places we ordinarily might not visit. Absolutely all of our guests have been great so far.
What makes this property unique
The best part of this house in the summer is the private back yard. There is no 'view', but when you're sitting on the patio or looking out the back of the home all you will see is the yard and big cedar trees, which is unique for a home in Seattle. There are usually birds and occasionally other critters enjoying the yard too.
