Precious rustic house located in Llubí, with a private swimming pool, just 15 kilometres from one of the best beaches on the island, Muro Beaches.



It is surrounded by nature, in a very peaceful environment with total privacy, and its elevated location provides beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana (mountain range in the north of the island of Mallorca), recently declared a World Heritage Site for its great natural wealth.



The house, decorated in a rustic style and very cosy, consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen in an office and a bathroom with a shower, and, on the other hand, on the first floor you will find two bedrooms, nice and bright, one of them with a jacuzzi.



The estate is surrounded by terraces where you can sunbathe, read or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the area. As mentioned before, it is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing. On the other hand, if you want to spend a holiday with children, this is exactly what you are looking for, as it has a spacious plot with plants and trees that is completely private and away from the crowds.



It is located in a quiet area but very close to the most beautiful beaches on the island (about twenty minutes by car), Can Picafort and Alcúdia, known for their kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters. In addition, you will be able to enjoy the best summer atmosphere, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets.



Another feature of the house is that it is environmentally friendly: the electrical system is through solar energy and the water supply is also completely natural.



Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Schöne kleine Finca mit Pool bei Llubi

Es ist eine sehr schöne Finca mit einem tollen Pool dem wir auch täglich ausgiebig benutzt haben. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist für den normalen Gebrauch gut ausgestattet und Juan, der Vermieter, ist sehr zuverlässig. Wir hatten ein kleines Stromproblem und Juan war nach 30 Minuten vor Ort und hat es direkt behoben.Hier ist man genau richtig wenn man vom hektischen Alltag mal abschalten möchte.Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Le lieu de la maison est paisible, calme. La piscine est adaptée pour des adultes mais non pour des enfants qui ne savent pas nager. La douche extérieur est bien. La maison est sale, toile d’araignée, les ustensiles de cuisine sales et gras, il n’y a pas de four. Les lits sont supportables. La douche, le pommeau est cassé, obligé de tenir le pommeau. En ce qui concerne la baignoire en haut dans la chambre, on ne peux pas utiliser le spa, car il ne fonctionne pas, ni de bain car l’évacuation s’écoule dans l’évier de la cuisine et l’eau remonte et déborde de l’évier. Je recommande ce logement juste pour l’extérieur et son cadre mais pas pour la maison à l’intérieur.

Dreckige Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick

Die eingestellten Fotos sind mindestens 6 Jahre alt und haben mit der Realität leider nichts zu tun. Das ganze Haus ist heruntergewirtschaftet, Kleidung mochten wir nicht in die Schränke legen. Alles war dreckig, das Geschirr war zu wenig und lag dreckig in Schrank, war in dem Zustand nicht zu benutzen. Gleicher mangelhafter Zustand beim Bad. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist und haben lieber noch 2 Nächte in Palma gebucht. Den einen Stern gibt es für die wunderschöne Aussicht draußen auf das Tramuntanagebirge.

Pour être retiré des touristes, c'est parfait. La vue est vraiment agréable et dégagée sur la Tramontana, vraiment sympa. Malheureusement le gite est localisé sous le couloir aérien des atterrissages et il est vrai que le chemin d’accès aurait besoin d'être entretenu, des nids de poules qui peuvent abimer les voitures de location.

Jolie maison au calme

Jolie maison, bien située qui correspond bien à la description. Mais évidemment véhicule obligatoire. En moins D'une demi heure, on est sur la plage. Le seul bémol, la route qui mène jusqu'à la maison qui est très très abimée, ne pas prévoir une voiture trop basse... La maison est jolie, dans un cadre génial. Reposant. Belle piscine aussi; mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé, l'eau était trop froide à cette époque de l'année. Visite des moutons dans le jardin tous les matins, c'était inattendu mais rigolo. Juan a été très accueillant, et nous a conseillé quelques coins à visiter, puisque c'était notre première escapade à Majorque. Rien à redire, maison à recommander pour ceux qui cherche des vacances reposantes en pleine nature.

ländliche Idylle mit Flugzeugbeschallung

Der Kontakt zur Fincaverwaltung durch Juan war sehr freundlich. Er war gut erreichbar, hat uns schnell geholfen und uns alles gezeigt. Schon am ersten Abend viel uns der starke Lärm durch die Flugzeuge auf, die sehr nah verschiedene Bahnen im 2 Minuten Takt über die Finca zogen. So dass wir uns relativ schnell in den Innenraum zurückzogen. Das Haus hat oberflächlich betrachtet alles, was man sich von einem Urlaub auf Mallorca erwartet. Eine schöne Aussicht, einen Pool ein großzügiges Grundstück. Es fehlte uns nur die Liebe zum Detail, die es oft in privaten Unterkünften gibt, die sie "gelebter" machen und etwas von der Persönlichkeit verraten, die den Ort bewohnt und über das Nötigste hinaus für etwas Charme sorgt. Es ist ein schönes kleines einfaches Haus, dem die persönliche Note fehlt und auf den Lärm durch die Flugzeuge sollte hingewiesen werden.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in der Natur!

Das Haus ist gut ausreichend für 4 Personen und verfügt über einen eigenen Pool mit einem traumhaften Bergpanorama! Jeder Sonnenuntergang war ein Erlebnis. Kontakt und Schlüsselpbergabe haben Super funktioniert. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Privacy & relaxation guaranteed!

Great place away from the masses. If you are looking for a quiet time, away from the tourist crowds this is the place. We stayed there for 10 days of cycling the Serra de Tramuntana and relaxation. The house is perfect for the latter. Great space, well located, lots of privacy and well equipped for some good relaxation. The view of the sunset over the mountains is absolutely spectacular & at night it is the best spot for star gazing. One point for improvement - and only for the lovers of home cooking like us - the kitchen could do with somewhat upgraded equipment. Juan, the host, is great, very responsive and attentive. Highly recommendable stay, we will be back for sure!
