This property consists of a charming traditional rural house with capacity for 4 people.

The property is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, on a 14000 m2 estate full of trees, with a swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 m) and a 600 m2 garden surrounding the house. It has impressive views of the countryside and the Serra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The sunsets are unforgettable.

It is a traditional 19th century country house renovated in 2007 preserving all its charm. Its interiors are made of stone with beamed ceilings and decorated in a rustic style. It has 3 bedrooms: a double and a single on the ground floor and another double on the loft. It also has a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. Attached to the house there is another bathroom and the laundry room.

Outside there are three areas with a table to choose a different environment for each meal: one in the pool area, another under a north-facing porch and another under a lush pergola next to the barbecue.

It has covered parking for two vehicles, and free Wi-Fi outside and in the house.

On the farm is located the meteorological station that transmits the data of the area to the various weather programs on national television.
