Great place to stay. Right in middle of city - restaurants, shopping, beaches and golf courses in very short walking distance. Home was immaculate. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location

Perfect location and well equipped. We had family units staying in nearby properties and were able to easily all get together for dinner as the living space was sufficiently large and kitchen was well equipped.

I've stayed at this property once before and I adore it. Martyn is a responsive host and the home is cozy and well situated near the University, restaurants, shops, etc. I would highly recommend it.

The best location in St Andrews. Location is in the middle of town walking distance to everything One issue, we checked in at 6:00 PM, the home hadn’t been cleaned so after a day of travel we had to leave for 2 hours while housekeeping cleaned

Great location

Located in the middle of the bustling University area. Very convenient, well equipped, and clean. Private parking provided which is a premium in that area…awesome!! Located in a private courtyard with a few other houses but plenty enough privacy.

The Best Location in St. Andrews!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean and so conveniently located and laid out. Our only tiny complaint was that the bed mattresses for the twin beds were quite outdated and uncomfortable. However, we would definitely return.

The Best of St Andrews

This was a bucket list trip for us and I can't imagine there would be any place better for us to stay. In the heart of St Andrews near everything one could need: great restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and a grocery shop just steps out of the courtyard. It was also easy to manage our golf clubs and the cottage is just minutes away by taxi to all of the courses we played. Martyn was helpful and responsive when we had questions and our stay was fantastic! We hope to be back again to enjoy this wonderful setting. Bravo

Magnificent gem steps from everything

My family stayed here during graduation week, and it was perfect. We parked the car in the private space and walked everywhere throughout town. The open concept main floor was ideal for our meals and evening cocktails, and the three bedrooms and three bathrooms meant that everyone had their own space. The owner was easy to contact, and very responsive to the one inquiry we had during our stay. My only regret is that we didn’t discover this home before our daughter graduated!

Great location ,wonderful town . The location could be better supplied . 5 people only 1 toilet paper roll, no paper towels. Could use labels on the some of the buttons so you know which ones turn on the micro wave etc..

Lovely house in a great location

This is a lovely house in a great location. Unfortunately for us, after a long journey to the house, upon arrival (at approx 7pm) it was clear that the cleaners hadn't been in to clear up from the previous guests... The place was a mess with dirty sheets and towels in all rooms, a dirty kitchen and balloons everywhere (they'd clearly celebrated a birthday or something). I messaged the owner who didn't respond and seeing as we had to go out for a family dinner and I didn't want to come back to a dirty house with unmade beds for the children, I embarked on tidying the house, finding clean laundry and making the beds. The owner did respond whilst we were out, apologising and offered to send someone round, but we arranged this for the next day. Apart from the apology no form of refund was offered - which, to be honest, I thought was pretty poor - at least the cleaning fee could've been offered... Apart from that, the house is lovely and in a great location. And St Andrews is fantastic!
