La Plage La Zurriola is a unique apartment due to the amazing views of La Zurriola Beach. It is situated only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the city centre. All the rooms face outside and they are very spacious and bright. It offers the possibility of renting a FREE parking space on the same bloc It is situated in Gros, which is a popular neighbourhood in San Sebastian, famous among surfers and it offers great cultural entertainment options, such as the Jazz Festival or the Film Festival.The apartment has been partially remodelled using first rate materials and furniture and it is completely equipped. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details mixing modern and classic styles. It is situated on the fifth floor of a building with elevator. There are three double bedrooms, a lounge-dining room, two bathrooms with wide shower tubs and a modern independent kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and complete kitchenware. The lounge-dining room has great views of La Zurriola Beach and the light that comes through the large windows is also a highlight. Two of the bedrooms have single beds of 90 cm. The apartment was lovely, amazing views and enjoyed visiting the local bars and restaurants for breakfast, pintxo and wines. Short walk to the old town for food and shopping. Visited the beach across the road from the apartment. It was a great stay and we will be back.

A very enjoyable stay in San Sebastian. The apartment was all that it stated and the view of the beach was great. Many an hour spent watching the surfers and volleyball players. The surrounding area has many good bars and restaurants where we dined in the evenings. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment. We think this beach is far better than Plage La Concha. All communication very good & responsive. Only problem was power going out when we used more than one hit plate on stove & had lights on.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location 10 mins walk from the old town but surrounded by lovely cafes and wine bars. The apartment has amazing views over Zurriola beach and was warm and cosy (we had non stop rain and gales for the weekend!) Marcos who checked us in was very helpful and gave us a great tip for a pintxos bar (Zeruko) and was also kind enough to book us a taxi to a restaurant on Sat night. Highly recommended and would love to return in the summer!

Gorgeous view, spacious and comfortable flat!

Flat was even better than we expected. Very comfortable and the view is amazing, changing at different times of day and according to the weather. It was quite noisy in the evening but as we were there during Semana Grande and there were big concerts happening nearby it was to be expected- we had a great view of the fireworks! Check-in went smoothly and office were helpful when organising cleaning etc. Thanks!

Everything! We love Donostia/San Sebastian and we loved this apartment. Spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable and fabulous location. Almost nothing! Just an updated photo of the apartment block and the parking door, to help us find it (the photos on one of the communications were with different paintwork and different appearance of garage door).

Perfect location !

What a great location just in front of Lazuriola beach and fantastic view from the apartment. While it is comfortable for 4 people and I highly recommend a stay in this apartment, I believe they should provide a little more kitchen ware. Not enough coffee mugs or wine glasses...They should also leave a few essential in the kitchen. There was nothing. Not even salt.

Thanks for your feedback. All our apartments are fully equipped. Besides, we offer bed and bath linen, basic welcome items, a cleaning kit and toilet paper in the bathrooms. For safety and hygiene requirements, will not find any basic foodstuff (salt, sugar, oil, etc.). Thanks Iberorent Apartments.

Excellent apartment on top location overlooking Zurriola beach

Great apartment for a group of 6. Clean and spacious, good living room with fantastic view on Zurriola beach and its sunset. Kitchen is well enough equipped for cooking simple meals. Towels provided. The apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood with bakeries en grocery shops, and many local bars & restaurants. Especially Thursday evenings are busy when you can join the locals on their pintxos/beer pub crawls. Highly recommended to rent from Iberorent. They offer a great punctual and friendly service. Good, clear communication upfront and pro-actively communication through WatsApp about arrival and departure when there.
