La Terrace is an exclusive apartment with views of La Zurriola Beach and it has an amazing terrace of 36 sqm with a amazing panoramic view of the sea and the Kursaal Palace. It is located in Gros, which is a popular neighbourhood in San Sebastian, famous among surfers and with great cultural entertainment options, such as the Jazz Festival or the Film Festival. It is situated only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the city centre.



The apartment has been partially remodelled using first rate materials and furniture and it is completely equipped. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details mixing modern and classic styles. All the rooms face outside and they are very spacious and bright. It is situated on the first floor of a building with elevator.



There are three double bedrooms, a lounge, a dining room, two bathrooms, with a bathtub and a wide shower tub, and a modern independent kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and complete kitchenware. The lounge and dining room have great views of La Zurriola beach and the light that comes through the large windows is also a highlight. Two of the bedrooms have single beds of 100 cm and 90 cm. The other bedroom has one double single bed of 150 cm.

The apartment is centrally located with a beautiful view of the beach. Walking distance to everything including Pinxtos, shopping and all of the beautiful cultural experiences San Sebastián has to offer. Would definitely book again when visiting San Sebastián.

The location is perfect, just in front of the beach, close to the old town and from a walking distance of everything you want to see in San Sebastian. Delightful Holiday Apartment

Sitting / dining room has a superb view looking out over the beach and surf. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants just round the corner. Surfing lessons or hire close by. Good location for driving to many interesting towns and villages - Getaria particularly recommended. We had a great holiday!

Con vistas a la playa de Zurriola, hemos disfrutado durante siete días de un apartamento suficientemente equipado. Perfectamente insonorizado. Bien adaptado para seis personas. Dos abuelos, dos hijos y dos nietos. El mayor de 76 años, el más pequeño de 8 años. El barrio de Gros tiene mucha vida, con numerosas tiendas y buenos restaurantes próximos a la casa. Tambien hay cerca un parking muy amplio. En resumen, hemos estado muy a gusto. Lo recomendamos.
