NIZA LA CONCHA, terrace with beach views

Niza La Concha is a big apartment with great views of La Concha Bay and an amazing terrace of 25m². It is situated in San Martin Street, in the Centre of San Sebastian, very close to La Concha Beach and less than 5 minutes away from the Old Town. The apartment has been completely remodelled using first rate materials and furniture and it is fully equipped. There is air conditioning in the lounge room.



It is situated on the sixth floor of an elegant building with elevator. There are two double bedrooms, a lounge-dining room with a comfortable double sofa-bed of 140cm, two bathrooms with wide shower tubs and a modern open plan kitchen, equipped with top-range appliances and complete kitchenware. The main bedroom has a double bed of 150cm and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom offers two single beds of 80cm.



The accommodation is perfect for a small family or two couples planning to spend an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 150m away.

Perfect location and comfy place

We had a wonderful stay while in La Concha Beach. This apartment was in a perfect location with a nice view of the beach. We could walk everywhere and the beach was about a 3 min walk from our door. The bedrooms were comfy and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. We will definitely come again when we visit San Sebastián.

Niza La Concha is a lovely spacious apartment in a great location with a spectacular terrace. The only problem we had was with the fridge which wasn't working properly, but Gabriel from Iberorent was extremely attentive and helpful and had a replacement fridge delivered the next day. We had a great week! It would have been nice to have had beach towels available. It would also have been lovely to have a couple of 'lounger' chairs on the terrace.

What a great place...Very close to the beach and a short walk to almost everything. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The host greeted us promptly and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants in the area as well as local sights. Highly recommend this place.

Ubicación, terraza espectacular, amoblamientos. Cocina pequeña pero utilitaria para desayunos y una cena simple. Camas cómodas y sabanas, toallas de calidad. Pequeñísimo detalle sería poner platito para jabón, mejorar un poco el tamaño del jabón para baños. Ofrecería un paquete de bienvenida (mismo si lo quieren cobrar) con aceite, vinagre, azúcar y sal. Toallas de papel en la cocina.

Lovely, elegant flat. Great location with gorgeous view of the bay. Within walking distance to everything you need in town. Only downside (for me) was traffic noise, BUT, I live in a very very rural location, & I am simply not used to that! The owners were extremely accommodating & easy to work with. A lovely spot to stay!
