The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden that is carefully maintained and well equipped, especially for enjoying delicious breakfasts outdoors. Just below the villa is the swimming pool (12x6) (15/05-30/09) equipped with sun-umbrellas and sunbeds. The property consists of two buildings: the villa and the annexe which can be rented for 13 people in July and August or 8 people (without the annexe) for the remaining period of the year. Not far from the villa, in a completely independent position, is the residence of caretaker, who speaks several languages and is available to assist the guests during their stay without interfering in any way with their privacy.
