Delightful country cottage with private salt water pool (11mx6m) and lovely gardens. It offers a splendid view over the valley towards the plain of Lucca and is a very quiet and private place. It has traditional terracotta floors, beautiful wooden beamed ceilings and antique fireplaces and is well furnished. The house is located in its private property just 10 minutes walk from the nearby village of Vorno with all amenities, bars, restaurants .the house consists of ground floor with, dining room and small rustic style kitchen with all modern comforts , living room with fireplace, small bedroom with 2 single beds. Stone stairs to the 1st floor with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and 2 elegant bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower.

Offre una splendida vista sulla valle verso la piana di Lucca ed è un posto molto tranquillo e riservato. Ha pavimenti in cotto tradizionale, splendidi soffitti con travi in legno e camini antichi ed è ben arredato . La casa si trova nella sua proprietà privata a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal vicino villaggio di Vorno con tutti i comfort, bar, ristoranti . Grande salone d'ingresso, sala da pranzo e piccola cucina in stile rustico con tutti i comfort moderni, piccola camera da letto al piano inferiore con 2 letti singoli. Scale in pietra al 1 ° piano con 2 camere matrimoniali e 1 camera a due letti e 2 bagni eleganti, uno con vasca e uno con doccia.
Wifi gratis la casa essendo in campagna non ha un servizio veloce

There is a breakages deposit of 500 euro to be paid on arrival which is returned at the end of your stay minus any damages . Changeover day - check in 4pm check out before 10 am
FINAL CLEANING 150 euro to pay cash at arrival the electricity and the gas for heating is not included in the price and is paid according to consumption before the departure cash
