It gave us everything we needed for accommodation needs, a good kitchen, great shower and extra toilet, comfortable sofas and beds etc, when visiting this end of the Kent coast with three grandchildren. There is so much to see in this area, from history to amazing beaches and a fantastic safari zoo, and a good pool plus activities on-site.
Directions to caravan were spot on. Caravan was clean, tidy and comfortable and very warm with central heating and lovely fire in living room, which was very welcome as we were staying in October. All the little extras were provided with fresh milk in the fridge.
Contact with owner was excellent who went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you for all you did for us.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this caravan to others.
The van was not as pictured. Parts of the cupboards falling off, no light outside so couldnt see getting ti the can beibg at the back if others, roof leaked. The shower and front windows had mould spots. The matresses were terrible and poked in our backs
Took the owners days to respond to messages. They xame and put 2 new gas bottles in for heating. Im guessing they didnt have new ones on for us when we rented. And being Australian we had no idea the cooler rooms were because the gas was out. There was no books to explain the heating at all.
The water pipes froze and we couldnt shower, wash our hands or flush the toilet. All things needed for basic hygiene. It got To the point we left a week early and stayed elsewhere. We told tbe owners we were leaving early. No response. No offer of refund. I wouldnt stay here or tell anyone else too. Book drirect through the park over this one to avoid major disappointment. The amount of money it cost us to stay here and what we got was ridiculous
We had a wonderful short stay in this caravan. It's spacious enough with good storage space.I was surprised by how well equipped it was, providing all the cooking essentials, condiments and kitchenware. Also providing decent shower essentials, too. The shower itself was lovely! Very hot and powerful.Beds were comfortable, bedding was cozy and linens were all fresh, clean and presentable.Even all the household cleaning essentials are there for both shower and kitchen.Lots of plug sockets, brilliant WiFi. TV signal wasnt great when we were there (it was very windy) but a DVD player is provided along with a selection of DVDs.The hosts evidently put a lot of pride into this caravan. As for the site itself it's in a good location. Parking is a little packed in. On site shop is OK. We only really used the swimming pool which you have to pay and book in advance for a 45 minute slot, but a decent sized pool in a clean facility. Very family orientated holiday park which was perfect for us with a young child. We'll be coming back for sure!
We had a 2 night stay and loved every minute! The caravan itself was clean and modern. We cooked a family meal on the first night, oven was clean and kitchen complete with everything you need to do this, with use of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, mugs and glasses, tea coffee and sugar, various condiments. The bathroom was clean and a nice size with a lovely shower complete with shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Everything was comfortable and cozy, the manager of the property Kan, was welcoming friendly and helpful. The holiday park itself was also clean and modern with a play park for the kids, clubhouse with entertainment, arcade, shop, and swimming pool. Close to new romney town, rye and camber for day trips out. Our family of 4 would gighly recommend staying here, and wish we could have stayed longer!
Lovely caravan, clean, good furnishings, well equipped, excellent shower, plenty of everything and lots of storage space. Master bed very comfortable, second bed not so good, springs prominent. Could have done with a couple of oven proof dishes, as i cook, but we managed. Site is large, quiet and well kept. We managed to park quite close to the caravan every night. Club house and.swimming pool on site, you need entertainment passes to access (about £100 per week for a family) We didnt use this, only for a drink on arrival. Prices seemed quite high and a poor selection of beer. Kids playground just outside the club. Lots to do in the area. Steam railway, lighthouse, beaches, castles, etc. Sainsburys 2 mins drive in the village, plenty of pubs, restaurants etc nearby. Owners friendly and contactable if any problems.
The caravan was lovely with everything you need but the cleanliness was not great. I know it’s a caravan but there was cobwebs, spiders, little black flys everywhere and stained sheets with pen marks and it smelt damp. There’s cleaning and then there’s deep clean between stays etc and this needs one!
The single beds were uncomfortable but ok for the 2 night stay.
The location is great 5 mins from lovely St Mary’s bay which is absolutely beautiful.
The neighbours where rude and not welcoming at all we got shouted at for walking on the grass by the caravan in-front with giraffes in window.
The restaurant on-site has standard food and they advertised entertainment for kids during day but never happened which was a real shame!
Would visit the area again but probably wouldn’t stay here.
I work in hotels and would ask for a refund for at least the first night because of the cleanliness.

We really enjoyed our holiday here.
We have spent a very nice couple of days in this neat and clean caravan. Kanchanarat and Clive both are very friendly. We always received a swift answer if we had any questions. The caravan park is OK, the shop sells fresh bread rolls in the mornings, which was a bonus. We went for a swim one morning. The swimmingpool is only small and you have to book your 45 minute slot. This was plenty of time for us. The area is a nice mixture of flat and undulating countryside. We have visited the North Downs, went on the Romney and Hythe Railway and Bateman's (a National Trust property). We really enjoyed to drive around in the glorious weather and beautiful autumn colours. We didn't even have time to go to the beach. The caravan has everything you need (apart from a ladle and whisk), so you can cook a family meal. We were very glad there where extra heaters in the bedrooms, as the nights were quite chilly. But with the gas heater in the living room and the electric heaters in the bedrooms we managed to stay nice and warm. We would definitely recommend this caravan to anyone. We hope to return in the future, as we have not yet seen and done all the things we would have liked to do.

Thank you very much for your comments. We always appreciate them and take note. We now have ladle and whisk. We hope this help you on your next visit, all being well.
This is a lovely caravan with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. It has a very homely feel about it and there are nice touches, namely towels, cleaning products, toiletries, tea, coffee and sugar.
The mobile home was very well equiped, spacious and homely with tasteful ornaments and soft furnishings. Its location was also ideal, being quiet but close to amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed with nice china and glass but an extra shelf in the oven would have been useful. Also found the listing a bit confusing as it mentioned 3 bedrooms when it only has 2. This was enough for us and it does have a lovely big blow up mattress for use in the large lounge. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.
Property owner was very accommodating, very friendly. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The whole site was very well kept. Would use again.
The caravan was very spacious and clean and had lots of storage.
It was in a nice quiet area.
the checking in process was v easy and Kam was always available if needed.
There is plenty to do around the area.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

A nice relaxing stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very clean and lovely caravan.
There was shampoo, soap, W/up liquid and also extras like salt, pepper, sauces, cling film and kitchen towel. Although there were a lot of children at the holiday park we were in a very quiet area.
We ate at The Warren which was typical pub food but very nice also
Very cheap. The Italian restaurant Ruzzo was excellent too.!
We would definitely return.
Property was in nice quiet position close to all amenities
