Cozy Studio overlooking Santa Margherita
The studio is located next to the main house with a beautiful view of Santa Margherita and is just a short drive down the winding street to the center of town and the water. Parking is on the street, not guaranteed and rather limited. The photos show a sofa and describe one bedroom. The sofa is a pullout. The studio has a convenient kitchen with small fridge and cooktop. I’d suggest adding a few wine glasses. AC works fine. The TV is Italian language only, no Netflix and while the owners offer access to their WI-FI, it really doesn’t reach the studio.

Traumhafter Garten, leider direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße gelegen :-/
Das "Loft" ist ein renoviertes Gartenhäuschen und befindet sich auf einem Grundstück mit einem anderen Haus und einem wunderschönen Garten. Von dort aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf Santa Margherita Ligure. Leider ist das Grundstück direkt an einer rund um die Uhr befahrenen Straße gelegen - also Ohropax mitnehmen ;-)
In der Unterkunft ist das Nötigste vorhanden und der Vermieter hat uns netterweise ein kleines Food Paket bereitgestellt :-) Allerdings hat leider nur eine von 3 Herdplatten funktioniert.
Das Bett ist eine Klappcouch. Für ein paar Nächte absolut ok.
Aber in punkto Sauberkeit ist wirklich noch etwas Luft nach oben :-p In den Ecken lag abgebröckelter Putz und unter der Bett-Couch lag neben der ein oder anderen Wollmaus eine Hose - unsere war es nicht.
Ansonsten alles tiptop. Durch die kleinen Gassen ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten unten am Hafen und von dort aus in 15 Minuten mit der Fähre in Portofino :-) absolut empfehlenswert!

posto magnifico..un angolo di paradiso a pochi passi da santa. accolti in modo 'digitale' ma super efficiente. Grande disponibilità e tempestivo supporto ad ogni richiesta. lo consiglio al 100%, casina deliziosa e ben tenuta, giardinetto e jacuzzi top..andateci!
