Confirmamos que los ventiladores se sustituyen y en cuanto a los mosquitos, estamos en zona donde hay mucha vegetación, bosque de pinares y no podemos luchar contra ello. Siento las molestias.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Abschlägen
Das Ferienhaus entspricht zum größten Teil der Beschreibung, dennoch gibt es einiges zu verbessern.
So gehört laut Beschreibung ein Außengrill mit zur Ausstattung. Dieser war aber nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da er völlig kaputt war, mussten uns daher vor Ort einen neuen Grill kaufen, welchen wir zur Freude der Nachmieter dagelassen haben. Auch die Elektrik im Haus ist nicht mehr auf dem besten Stand, so flog uns immer die Hauptsicherung raus, sobald wir den Backofen benutzt haben. Als Hinweis für weitere Mieter sei gesagt, der Sicherungskasten befindet sich in der Garage, wir haben lange suchen müssen. Toilettenbürsten scheinen auf Mallorca kein Standard zu sein, wir hatten in beiden Bädern keine. Die Garage und die Einfahrt ließen sich als Abstellplatz für den Mietwagen leider nicht nutzen. Es war nicht möglich unter die Bäume in der Einfahrt hindurchzufinden, hier würde ein Rückschnitt sicherlich weiterhelfen. Aber zum Glück gibt es genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten auf der öffentlichen Straße. Die Vorhänge auf der Terrasse, wie auf den Bilder gezeigt, gibt es nicht mehr. Man merkt, dass das Ferienhaus in die Jahre kommt, inklusive der Einrichtung. Hier wäre es schön, wenn der Vermieter mal einen Teil seiner Einnahmen in die Instandhaltung des Objektes investieren würde. Wir haben in den 2 1/2 Wochen vor Ort nie einen Verwalter gesehen, der zum Beispiel mal die Außenanlagen gepflegt hätte, diese Arbeiten haben wir dann gerne übernommen.
Dennoch war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Wunderbare Lage für Auto-Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus bot alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub: schöne grüne Lage, Ruhe, 10 min zu Fuß zu Felsen-Badebucht, Hafen, Restaurant und Mini-Supermarkt, herrliche Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Baden und Sightseeing im Umkreis von einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto.

Schöne Tage in Alcudia
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen in Alcudia, Mal Pas-Bon Aire, verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Es liegt in einer ausgesprochen ruhigen Gegend, wenige Autominuten von Alcudia entfernt. Die beiden Strände sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Von dort hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Halbinsel Formentor.
Viele empfehlenswerte Ausflugziele, wie z.B. Pollenca und Arta sind mit dem Auto (oder auch mit dem Bus) sehr gut und in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Casa accogliente e perfetta x una famiglia con 3 bimbi. Posizione tranquilla, lontana dalla confusione, ma strategica x visitare molti posti dell'isola, se si possiede un auto. Proprietaria cordiale, simpatica, puntuale e disponibile.

Lovely house, all that was advertised in good position!
The property is in a residential area which is generally quiet. The rooms are traditionally furnished, the bedrooms a good size and the kitchen is fine (though we used it very little!). The bathrooms are new and very nice. The garden has two terraces, lots of seating and is private enough even though it is on the corner of the road.....there is little traffic and there are few pedestrians (in first half of June). There is a general shop and a nice bar within a few minutes walk at the marina, and the beach at Es Mal-Pas is about ten minutes walk. It is small and lovely and was generally quiet when we were there. The sea is accessible and suitable for children too.....no pebbles. Much of the coast is rocky and beautiful. Alcudia is an old town of character and only a short drive.....five to ten minutes. Good to visit.
Overall, an excellent location, well presented and maintained, comfortable and a good base though you need a car. Not for those looking for lots going on and lively nights, but worked perfectly for us and would return and, obviously, recommend!

Absolutely immaculate, stunning location, so quiet and perfect for a relaxing break
Owners met us at the property and showed us around, explaining how everything worked. The place was immaculate, not a speck of dirt or dust. Beautiful garden and wraparound veranda with three different seating options depending on time of day. Complete silence at night and very little noise at other times, perfect for a chilled holiday. The furnishings are beautiful and not your average holiday let. Bathrooms recently refurbished to very high speck with huge rain shower and moveable shower head options. There is nothing I could fault about it and definitely recommend it to others. The is a small harbour 5 minutes walk down hill from the house and a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. We had a car and drove in to Alcibiades and also alcudia pet areas where there are many good restaurants. The owners met us on departure day, even though we had to leave early for the airport, which was lovely and we had a chance to thank them for a wonderful stay. We are Very much hoping to come again soon. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
