About this property

Large affordable house Near Alhama de Granada, Free wifi, private pool + garden.

The house is situated at the entrance to the Village of Jatar. A typical White Spanish village set amongest the Natural Park of Siera de Tajheda. The house is on one level entered through the front door from the street. Clients have sole use of the Private garden and pool. We only accommodate one group of clients from one person upto six people. The garden has variouse dinning options and ample sunbeds.
As you enter the house you arrive in the dinning area and kitchen. One bedroom to the left, second bedroom further on to the left. Go through the archway to the sit-in/tv area and the third bedroom with ensuite. Second showeroom to the left of the sitting area and out to the garden.

Nice time in Jatar

We have enjoyed our time in Jatar. The communication with owners was easy and fast. The garden and swimming pool of the house are great. The sky at night is wonderfull. It is a strange summer but in Granada we have managed to relax and have some fun. Thanks.

Great house, town and people!

The house was very nice, comfortable and spacious. The pool and the patio are perfect to relax and enjoy. Jatar is a beautiful little town, very enjoyable. Perfect hosts and a peaceful getaway in beautiful surroundings.

We loved our stay in Marie's rental house. The views of the hills are spectacular from the pool and garden and the accommodation beautifully cool and peaceful. There is so much to visit - the coast, Granada, the lovely swimming lake just 20 minutes away. Thank you for making us so welcome!

Maison et jardin agréable

Nous sommes partis ravis de notre séjour à Jatar. .Nous avons trouvé la maison exactement comme décrite sur les photos rien à dire sur la propreté, le comfort, ,très agréable avec son jardin et sa piscine surtout chauffée au solaire.Les propriétaires Marie et Bryan sur place qui nous a accueilli sont très sympathiques et très discret ,. En ce qui nous concerne nous gardons précisément l'adresse et les coordonnées du propriétaire pour un éventuel séjour à Jatar.

we spent a lovely time in Jatar. The villa was beautiful with amazing views. It's a nice place to rest and explore the nature. Marie and Brian were the perfect hosts. They were really helpful and lovely. We will be back :)

A fantastic time

We have just returned from our holiday and it exceeded all our expectations. Marie and Brian were awaiting our arrival and made us feel so very welcome. The villa was spotlessly clean, the rooms spacious and the main bedroom had en-suite. The garden was beautiful the heated pool an absolute luxury. They're so many wonderful things to say about this holiday. The village was so lovely the locals where so friendly(thanks to Marie and Brian). The surrounding area is breathtaking, the view from our bed was something to remember always. A car is an absolute neccessity but then the adventures can begin, from hot spa's to swimming in lakes to days at the top of beautiful mountains the list is endless! Thankyou so much Marie and Brian you were the perfect hosts we have used this site for over ten years and this was the best and we will be back.

We love the typical Spanish feel of the whole area and enjoy exploring when we get the opportunity. Chatting with our neighbours who have made us feel at home and we look forward to welcoming guests to Jatar. As the area is mainly agricultural there is always an abundance of fruit and vegetables which we take full advantage of
