This super-well located townhouse comes with everything you’ll need to make your Phoenix stay a success. Probably the cleanest and best appointed vacation rental we’ve enjoyed. Raymond, host, is a very nice person and has great recommendations. You will really enjoy your stay here!
Raymond was a great host and very accommodating! His condo has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the back and front patios and the comfortable living room area!
Clean and spacious home in a very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this place to stay with your family and friends, especially with the two private outdoor areas to enjoy (plus a little community pool)!
The host was very accommodating and took care of the concerns we had. Proximity to the airport and Spring Training Fields was exellent. Amenities were exceptional, i.e. water bottles in the refrigerator. Would recommend this place if you are going to spring training games.
The property perfectly slept our group of six adults. The property was quiet, very clean, and homely. Raymond was very proactive in communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for our weekend stay!
Host Raymond was fantastic. There was an issue that he took the time to resolve personally, professionally and promptly. Communication with him was great. Quick responses any time we reached out to him. Condo was clean, well furnished and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.
We had a delay on our flight so we came in after sunset so we had a little difficulty finding the place. Once we got there it was all we anticipated and more. Clean and centrally located. We got around quite easily. Would recommend this place!

spring training landing pad
We recently stayed for spring training and had a nice time. It sure beats a hotel room for families with kids. The location was good for travel and the town house was nice. The kitchen was stocked with plates and most of the little things you need. Unfortunate that the BBQ was broken and we had already shopped depending on it.

I personally checked these guest in. I ask them at that time to contact me via text should they have questions or need anything.
It was not until they had checked that I found a note on my check-out paperwork asking if there are any repairs or broken items that I need to know about. That is when I learned that the BBQ did not work.
I was not given a chance to fix or replace the BBQ. The repair took only 10 minutes. I could have had it fixed the next day had I know there was an issue.
Raymond was very responsive and easy to work with. The home is comfortable and well equipped. He just finished installing new flooring and painting. Was nice to be able to have our dogs with us. The 4 stars for cleanliness is only because there was excessive dust from the remodeling, I expect this is a one time occurrence.

I would recommend this unit.
Raymond met us upon our arrival and went over many details about the unit, which we appreciated. The development is quite dated, but the unit itself was nicely furnished and had all the comforts of home. The front and back courtyards were great places to sit and read and enjoy a glass of wine. All things considered, I would recommend this unit.

We chose this property because of the location - near freeway, close by grocery options of Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Frye - and enclosed outdoor spaces for our dog and garage parking. The owner, Raymond, was very nice to communicate with, though he did not always respond which was odd because he was very friendly and talkative in person. We had a few cleaning issues, but those were rectified quickly and compensation given. Decor is nice but carpeting and area rug in main living area all need replacing or a good shampoo at the very least. This unit has a well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glassware. Bed was very comfortable and sheets and towels were new and very nice. Cleaning and washer & dryer with laundry supplies were appreciated as we stayed 10 days and like to clean once or twice while at a rental. We were not told of possible construction work to begin right next door, so it was quite a surprise to find construction equipment in our front yard at 7 AM crashing around right below the master bedroom window. This will no doubt go on for a while, so be forewarned. We would recommend this rental for the well stocked kitchen, location, pet friendliness, comfortable bed, enclosed yard, garage parking, and nice owner.

I have been a host for over 10yrs.
In reference to the construction noise. To the north of the property were two homes side by side that had sat vacant for months. Prior to accepting the booking there was no activity. It is my understanding they only graded for a few days then stopped.. How do you forewarn someone when you don't the any information if or when construction was going to start. Of course I would make potential guest aware of construction next to the property had I known.
This guest was definitely most fastidious guest I ever had. She arranged kitchen cabinets and drawers. Asked if she could discard spies in the pantry that were out dated, which I approved. They had a lovely 5yr old gold retreaver. Even with their said cleaning there was dog everywhere, The guests themselves were clean. When guest stay with pets I clean the carpets and area rugs after their check out. This was done. Even after two days of deep cleaning on hands and knees there was still some stray dog hairs floating about.
Albeit Phoenix is hot in the summer, the property kept a cool temperature and the pool although small was almost never occupied by the other tenants. The 4 kids and I were able to swim at dusk every night as though it was a private pool.
We really enjoyed our stay, the home had everything you want, plenty of room and very clean. The host was easy to work with and the trip went off easily even with us landing at midnight. Would definitely stay here again!
We did some research about the attractions we wanted to visit in the valley and this location put us within minutes of most all of them. If you have no particular plans, you will be close to lots of shopping, dining and activities that will save you hours of driving in this huge metro area.
Raymond takes pride in this comfortable condo unit. The beds were good and we didn't want for anything. A double garage is a plus.
This was the first time I stayed at a vacation house with my family instead of a hotel. It was a really wonderful experience. Raymond met us on our first day to personally check us in and shows us all the things we needed to know about the house and the area. The house was just the right size for our family of five. The location is perfect, less than 15 minutes drive to downtown, shops and restaurants, and close to major highways leading to all directions out of Phoenix area. We will book this house again on our next visit.
Property was as described. Well appointed , albeit small, kitchen was suitable for short term needs. Plenty of linens and towels to suit a family.
Outdoor facilities were not enjoyable due to construction noise and dust.
Due to a personal situation we had to cut our visit short by almost 3 months. We were very disappointed not to have been given any financial consideration given that we used no electricity or water over the hot summer months. We understood the place may not have been re-rentable, but surely there was some savings when you compare an occupied and unoccupied property over June, July, and August.
Ray was also very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Outside of units in complex are not attractive. Unit rented was comfortable and convenient to shopping. Ray is continuing to improve property.

The owner of this property was awesome. Raymond was very thorough.
The only thing that got use was the smell as you entered the apartment. We went out and bought air fresheners by the second day it wasn't to bad. The carpets need to be cleaned we think just a suggestion.
Everything was as expected in terms of the Townhouse. The only surprise was the early morning construction noise. Raymond was helpful and provided helpful info.
