Villa Casa Levante is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Albufeira, just a few hundred meters from the marina and the nearest beach, Praia dos Pescadores. The center of Albufeira is also just minutes away. This location allows guests to enjoy both the tranquility and the more urban and crowded areas of Albufeira.
The beach, marina, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bars etc. can be reached in just a matter of few minutes (5-15min), either on foot or by car.
The villa has a fantastic view of the sea and the marina, whether in the pool area, the living room or the bedrooms.
Inside, Villa Levante House has 3 en-suites and 2 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room and dining room and a pool table.
The decor is very beautiful and nice and there is a mix of modern and vintage.
Outdoors, you will find seating areas, balconies, another dining area, a barbeque and a heated pool with a waterfall surrounded by a deck platform with sun beds.

Lots of room

This property had plenty of space, comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Plus a pool table and ping pong table for the kids. Good management too.

Amazing place

Amazing property. Went with a group of 9 friends was brilliant. Nice location, short walk from the old town but a nice quiet neighbourhood. Pool could do with a little tlc but didn’t spoil the stay.

Lovely clean villa in a quieter part of town.

The sun shone, the cold beer flowed, the smell of sun cream filled the air along with the verdant laugher of all the friends who lived those moments - a time was had while the sun shone in Albufiera that year. The pool was great, the house was clean with air con and the agency were excellent being there at 6am on our departure day. Great communal spaces (living room/back yard/pool areas) and enough terraces and balconies to get some quiet time if needed. A great little bar, supermarket and curry house/café down the road, the marina is 10 mins walk as is the nearest beach. We loved every minute - thank you (highly likely to be back!)

Overall a nice trip

Overall, we were happy with this place. Quite expensive for what it was but cannot fault the communication with booking the place and like I say, overall, we enjoyed the stay. The place is only a 10-15 min walk to the old town but a bit of a trek back up the hill so took taxis a lot of the time. It was a tad dissapointing that we could not open the doors to sit on the balcony for one evening. Plus having to wait for engineers to turn up to try and fix them which on 2 occasions they didn’t. That was the only down point of the trip really.

Excellent property in a great location

Fantastic property with ample living space both indoors and outdoors, lovely pool and well established and immaculate gardens. This property sits in the Cerro Grande area of Albufeira (big hill in English!) the views are incredible over the marina and it’s just a 15 minute walk down (longer coming back up!) to the old town with its many restaurants, shops and great atmosphere! The villa itself has well equipped and spacious rooms and a party of 12 was well accommodated! There is an bbq for use, a large outdoor dining table and lots of loungers around the pool on a lovely decking area.The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and also washing machine and drier.The kids loved the games room in the garage area with table tennis and pool table. There is a great supermarket within five minutes walk and a nice bar/restaurant serving snack foods and drinks which is great value. Stayed in a few villas over the years but this one is hard to beat based on location and facilities overall! Close enough to town to experience the lively old town and marina areas but in a lovely quiet area if you want to relax in peace around the pool! Ubers are readily available and very good value if you don’t fancy the walk! Highly recommend this villa!

Coole Villa mit schöner Aussicht

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind ausser das Kellerzimmer komfortabel. Für das Kellerzimmer wurde uns schnell eine elektrische Heizung zur Verfügung gestellt, da es nicht an der Hausheizung angeschlossen ist. Leider funktionierte bis einen Tag vor unserer Abreise das Warmwasser für die Duschen nicht, somit nicht sehr angenehm. Trotzdem ist das Haus empfehlenswert.

Excellent villa for large family

Great communication from SpringVillas. Met and shown around the villa on arrival and available over the phone when we had a question about the house. The pool was by far the highlight of the holiday for our 4 year old son. Nice location in quieter area of Albufeira with bar and supermarket only ~5 minutes walk.
