You can go to the beach on foot, it only takes a quarter of an hour, which then you can visit the artificial pool if you do not like the waves. L'appartement aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi.Odeurs dans les tiroirs de cuisine et placardsCependant il est très bien situé à proximité des plages. Très bon séjour.

Wir haben eine Woche als Familieit zwei Kindern (10 und 13) in der Wohnung von Brigitte verbracht und hatten eine gute Zeit.Positiv:- Kontakt zur Vermieterin beim Check in - Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum - Nähe zum Hafen, Strand, Geschäften (man braucht im Ort kein Auto)- privater Parkplatz in der Nähe (1 Min)- Balkon und Aussicht auf das Meer / den Fluss, Liegestühle auf dem Balkon- Größe der Schlafzimmer - bequeme Betten - Preis-Leistung in Ordnung - Nähe zu interessanten Orten in der Umgebung (Menhire, Verschiedene Strände, Vannes , Quiberon, Auray...)Negativ:- Möbel und Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verlebt- manche Stellen der Wohnung waren etwas schmuddelig- wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten uns immer zum Essen auf dem Balkon aufhalten. Es gab zum gemeinsamen Sitzen in der Wohnung sonst nur den Küchentresen, dies wäre bei Regen keine Option für längere gemeinsame Abende gewesenWir sind nicht empfindlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.Achtung: kein WiFiIn der Beschreibung bei FeWo steht "Pool" , es gibt keinen am Haus. Wahrscheinlich ist der kleine See in der Nähe gemeint?

Blick auf den Strand war umwerfend, Wohnung und Vermieterin nett. Wir hatten leider andere Vorstellungen. Es gab auf 51 qm keine Möglichkeit, zusammenzukommen, ausser auf dem Balkon. Kein Wifi, das Bad für drei Personen viel zu klein, die Ausstattung insgesamt eher abgewohnt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, la chambre du haut est spacieuse et la petite terrasse avec vue sur la barre d'étel est bien agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et quel bonheur de se réveiller avec les goélands...Nombreux restaurants à proximité et commodités.Super marché dans la rue le mardi.Encore merci

Environnement exceptionnel

Au delà de la vue exceptionnelle sur la Barre d’Étel des belles balades autour de la Ria, Étel nous a enchanté ici par son ambiance locale très sympathique. Le tout avec la chance d’une météo ensoleillée ou sans pluie à certains moments de la journée ce qui nous a laissé le loisir de profiter de l’environnement

Très bel appartement et très bonne situation

Cet appartement est vraiment très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle sula barre d ETEL. Sa situation est elle aussi parfaite pour les commerçants et surtout au deux pas de la plage.

Séjour de découverte d’Etel et ses environs

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Le logement est proche de toutes les commodites tout en restant dans une zone calme. Beaucoup d’endroits pleins de charme à découvrir dans un rayon de 30km maximum. Et la vue de la terrasse du logement est vraiment magnifique.

Le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille

Très agréable séjour

Belle situation de la location proche des commerces, des animations, du marché et des plages. Pour les enfants plage et espace jeux et pique-nique à côté, la voiture n'est pas nécessaire.

Vue magnifique sur la barre d'Etel

Duplex très agréable, avec une vue splendide sur la barre d'Etel du balcon, du séjour et de la grande chambre à l'étage. Balcon relativement grand pour y prendre ses repas. Attention pour les personnes qui ont du mal à se déplacer, pas d'ascenseur (2eme étage) et escalier d'accès à la chambre du haut assez raide.. Mais il y en a une en bas. Situation dans la grande rue centrale, commerces tout près, parking facile. Un bémol,pour les nageurs en pleine mer, à proximité, il est déconseillé de le faire. beaucoup trop de courant. Pour des plages plus praticables sans danger, il faut plutôt prendre la voiture A recommander globalement, sauf si l'on recherche une "vie nocturne animée". Etel c'est calme!

Quelques jours à Étel

Ne cherchez plus, il n'y a probablement pas meilleur compromis à Étel. Une vue magnifique, une grande terrasse bien exposée, un appartement agréable et au calme absolu, idéalement situé. Un séjour de rêve !
