The apartment was completely renovated in 2008 with a modern, welcoming and bright architecture. The ideal solution for those who love to stay in the heart of the city, in a peaceful setting a few steps from the streets of the historic center.
The context is that of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, a street full of pubs and restaurants.
The apartment is on two levels, on the ground floor there is the kitchen, the double bedroom, the single bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor there is the attic with a double sofa bed and the terrace.
The 90sqm terrace enjoys an enchanting open space in the Stampace district. It is furnished with gazebo, table and chairs, outdoor sofas and barbeque to enjoy fantastic moments of relaxation.

Great apartment in a central location

Lovely apartment that is right in the town centre. Very quiet with a fantastic roof terrace. Only downside is steep steps to get up to the apartment - not one for the less mobile.

It was already the second time at Michele´s apartment and it was as good as before. The location is perfect, you don´t need a car to go out in the evening. You can reach Poetto beach in a few minutes by car. The big plus is the huge roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Querky apartment in central Cagliari with massive terrace

Spacious apartment with full kitchen and relaxing room upstairs right in the middle of town with fabulous terrace. Michele met us and explained everything he even helped get the luggage up the steep stairs which was the only negative.

We have spent a wonderful week in this perfectly located apartment. It is very good equipped, clean and comfortable. On the big roof terrace we could enjoy the sun from dawn till dusk. Un super séjour Cagliari

L appartement est très bien situé, la terrasse est super. Michele est un hôte hyper attentionné: cadeaux de bienvenue, bons conseils pour des restaurants et plages et une mention speciale pour son aide lorsque notre voiture est tombée en panne. Très bon accueil de Michele qui nous a parlé en français. Nous a donné de bonnes adresses où manger. Appartement muni d’une grande terrasse bien agréable avec tout confort et barbecue à disposition. A également un garage que nous n’avons pas utilisé. Très bien situé dans le quartier où il faut séjourner pour être à portée de pieds de tous les magasins, restaurants et bars. Proche de la gare routière et des grandes lignes de bus, nous avons profité des transports en commun pour profiter de plusieurs plages.

Einfach super!

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Wir hatten genug Platz und waren voll ausgestattet. Das beste ist die wirklich riesige Dachterasse auf der man wirklich schöne Abende verbringen kann. Man muss zwar ein paar Stufen in Kauf nehmen, aber die Wohnung ist dies Wert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Der Kontakt zu Michele war freundlich und unkompliziert. Würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Sehr nette Begrüßung durch Michele dem Eigentümer. Schönes im italienischen Stiel eingerichtet Apartment im 3. OG, mit wunderschöner großer Dachterrasse. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche gekühlter Weißwein bereit. Wir hatten jeden Tag ein gratis Fitnesstraining, durch das Treppensteigen. Das Futonbett war durch die Höhe ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Parkplatz in der Nähe in einer Tiefgarage vorhanden. Tipp: Für Menschen die gerne sehr gut, typisch einheimisch essen gehen „Ristorante Mondo E Luca, Via Goffredo Mameli, 101“. Ganz in der Nähe des Apartment´s. Gleich um 20.30 Uhr hin gehen, da meistens sehr voll, oder vorher reservieren.

Delightful apartment, perfect location

We very much enjoyed staying in this delightful apartment.  It was very comfortable and  in such a good position.  Michele was very quick to respond to any questions we had beforehand and was there to meet us when we arrived. His help and recommendations were really useful. We enjoyed being so close to everything, but also loved the fact that the apartment was so quiet.   The roof terrace was fantastic and we spent every evening after getting back from dinner, sitting there with a drink.  There were so many restaurants nearby that it was difficult to choose which to go to, so Michele's recommendations were very helpful.  We hired a car for three days to explore a little more of the island and were very glad that a garage was available to us as parking in the city seems very difficult.  The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We will certainly recommend it to friends and hope to come back ourselves some time.

Perfect location

Very beautiful appartment! We stayed there for 4 Weeks and felt homelike. Michele e Elena are very kind hosts, always accessible and very friendly and helpful. The apparment is well furnished and you find everything you need. There is a wunderful and spacious terrace, well furnished with a big table and also with a lounge. We enjoyed the terrace every morning with our breakfast. There is also a great „homecinema“ in the appartment with a big television and dolby-surround speakers and DVD. To get to he appartment you have to climb about 50 steps of stairs, but that’ll keep you in shape. There was even a garage for our car near the appartment, without any extracharge! The appartment is well situated with a lot of bars, restaurants, stores and shops around. and also only 2 min. walkt to the famous piazza Yenne, where you’ll find a nice mix of local people, students and trouists. Quasi perfetto

Ci ha piaciuto molto, non ci ha mancato niente, nenmeno il collegamento internet, era pulito e veramente vivino al centro. Pecato che il vento ha soffiato senza pausa!!! Dovremmo ritornaci per godere un po' de quel meraviglioso terrazo. E il vino e i dolci che Michelle ci ha lasciato per assagiare ci hanno piaciuto molto. Purtropo le scale sono trope, prendete cura di non portare le valiglie tropo pesante!!!
