Another great stay at a Regal Palms townhome

The Regal Palms Resort is a great place for a family gathering. The Lazy River, hot tub, sauna, pool, arcades, gym, ice cream - perfect. The four bedroom townhome was good - there were a few minor things which needed addressed - the management company was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay;

Overall satisfied with the property. We rented this property for 5 weeks. Facility is great and the pool is perfect! The location is quite nice. The main issue was the wifi it either didn't work or it was so slow it was unusable for the first 2 weeks. We kept telling them that it wouldn't work. After 2 weeks and several phone calls they got a new router because the one in the house was 11 years old. A few other small things, the pots and pans were no good for cooking and the dryer took forever to dry clothes. Other than that it was a great spot with great facility!

Great stay, room for improvement

Overall I would recommend this location to family and friends. Pros: - Unit was a 7 min walk with 4 & 6 year old to pool - Resort pool was heated to 86-87 F - Close to parks - Check-in process with rental management super easy and well organized Cons: - Check-in process at resort was long and duplicated paper work already done - Actual unit was lacking basic items - the washer was not connected to cold water. (Not everything is washed in hot water) - the unit is really 2 master suits and 2 kids room which is great however one of the master had a cheapest double bed. (we ended up sleeping in the kids room. - The house phone had no dial tone. in case of emergency don`t use the phone. - the unit had brand new none stick frying pans, which was great, but then only had metal cooking utensils. (I when out an bought plastic cooking utensils and left them there) - The unit had a working oven but no oven mitts. The one time we used the oven we ended up using towels. Overall the stay was very pleasant however as mentioned above a few basic house items would of made the stay perfect.
