Wonderful stay in Livorno!

I traveled to Livorno with my sons to visit family. We had a very nice stay in Diego’s apartment living like locals. His home was on the first floor with a beautiful private garden area perfect for hanging our laundry, reading a book, and eating breakfast. We walked to the market, coffee and gelato shops, restaurants, and Terraza Mascagni to watch the beautiful sunset. There were also several bus stops nearby and the train station was about a 30 minute ride. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent location

Was what we were looking for for our money- this flat was in an excellent location near a bus stop and was perfect for us to stay in for two days before we went on to Florence as we were able to get the bus to nearby beaches. On the other hand, the flat smelt slightly damp and we found out upon arrival that we had to pay for electricity which I feel could have been advertised more clearly as it is unusual for a holiday letting.

Convenient and beautiful suite, could’ve been a bit cleaner, electricity fee not included in listing

The property was excellent in general, great kitchen, pretty garden, nice bedroom, and convenient location. The floors were pretty dusty when we got there; we had to vacuum multiple times, and there was mold on the bathroom walls. The part which upset us the most was the property damage deposit of 150€ which we got back, but was not in the listing, and the electricity bill. The electricity bill turned out to be 50€ but we have no idea how exactly that was calculated. In it if itself it wasn’t a big deal, but the fact that it wasn’t listed was very upsetting because when we arrived we had no choice but to agree to an electricity bill which we had not been notified of prior. Because of the electricity bill and cleanliness issues we gave the property 4/5 stars.

Buongiorno Jenna. I pavimenti erano stati strusciati e sanificati prima del vostro arrivo. Sia la cauzione che la spesa della luce, sono da sempre indicati in una delle pagine del sito. Il costo della luce è solo un rimborso spese senza nessun ricarico e viene calcolato in base ai kilowatt che consuma il cliente. Infatti avevo preso i dati al vostro ceck-in e li avevo ripresi al vostro ceck-out, facendo la differenza. Wohnung mit Charme und klasse Kommunikation mit Gastgeber

Die Kommunikation mit Diego war super und lief auf Englisch und alles wurde genau erklärt. Für Rückfragen stand er auch zur Verfügung. Sehr freundlich. Der Check-In und insbesondere der ziemlich früh nach Absprache ermöglichte Check-Out ,vor der üblichen 9.00 Uhr-Zeit, sind positiv zu erwähnen. Zu beachten ist, dass bei dieser Wohnung man eine Kaution am Anfang hinterlässt und die Stromkosten, wie im Inserat erwähnt, individuell berechnet werden. Dies hat aber gut und fair funktioniert. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig geschnitten, hohe Decken, tolle Terrasse und in der Küche war alles was man benötigte. Die Klima hat auch prima funktioniert, war im August auch bitter nötig. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus und hat deshalb seinen eigenen alten italienischen Charme. Die Parksituation war nicht einfach. Wir haben kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Seitenstraße gefunden. Der Parkticketpreis war mit ca. 5€ pro Tag, aber noch total in Ordnung. Die Stadt Livorno hat uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen, es gibt dennoch ein paar Möglichkeiten seine Zeit dort zu Verbringen. Hierfür ist die Lage der Wohnung auch recht günstig. Uns hat allerdings die Nähe zu Pisa besonders gut gefallen.

Ferienwohnung Livorno

Die Stadtwohnung ist hervoragend, geräumig mit einem kleinen schönen Garten, alles ist vorhanden und funktionierte. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und behilflich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ca. 50 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt und mit dem Auto noch keine 10 min. bis zum Stadtzentrum. Nur das Parken in der Gegend der Fe-Wohnung ist ein Problem.

A beautiful holiday

We had an amazing time in Diego’s apartment. It’a central location and proximity to the sea and local shops are very handy. Also, despite being located centrally, the apartment is super quiet so ideal when traveling with kids. Diego has been super nice and helpful!

très bien

logement agréable et fonctionnel. 2 belles chambres dont une qui donne sur un jardin très bien entretenu et sans vis a vis. La pièce de vie et les 2 chambres sont climatisées, c'est top en été ! Proximité immédiate de la mer mais pas de plage pour se baigner à proximité. Par contre les arrêts de bus sont à 2 pas ainsi qu'une épicerie, une boucherie, une boulangerie et divers restos tous proches. Pas de stationnement possible devant la maison, il faut se garer dans les rues autour (payant) ou trouver une place le long de la via Montebello pour se garer gratuitement. Diego est un hôte serviable et disponible.

Quasi una suite di un Grande Hotel

Appartamento molto comodo a 50 mt dal lungomare, silenziosissimo, arredato con gusto e qualità, climatizzazione molto funzionale, letti comodissimi, ampio armadio , comodo bagno, cucina bene attrezzata, con un graziosissimo giardino. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio! Anzi da ottimo conoscitore delle strutture alberghiere di Livorno vi assicuro che il confort che ci ha offerto questo appartamento è difficilmente riscontrabile in buona parte degli hotel di Livorno. L'unico appunto, in zona il parcheggio si trova, ma con un poco di fatica!

Eine Oase mitten in der Stadt / The Garden in the City

Diese Wohnung ist eine Oase mitten in Livorno. Eine sehr ansprechende Einrichtung, alle wichtigsten Dinge sind vorhanden. Der kleine Garten ist sehr schön und erholsam. Die Wohnung liegt zudem fast direkt an der Strandpromenade. Gute Lokale und vor allem ein Spitzen-Eislokal sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben die Zeit in Livorno auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung genutzt. Danke dem Vermieter für diese schöne Wohnung! This flat is a very good place in Livorno. The furniture is very beautiful. The garden is a quiet and green place. Nearby there are good restaurants and 50 meters away a super "Gelati"-Restaurant. We did some trips to the neighborhood of Livorno for sightseeing. Thanks to Diego Marci for that wonderfol place!

Bellissima accoglienza e soggiorno perfetto!

Abbiamo passato 5 notti in tre in questo delizioso appartamento. Il proprietario è una persona squisita. Ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa, spiegandoci il funzionamento di ogni cosa. L'appartamento è molto bello. Il giardino ben curato offre la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e di approfittare del sole in tutta tranquillità. In più è situato proprio accanto al bellissimo lungomare di Livorno. Lo consiglio veramente a tutti!!

Casa in posizione perfetta, vicinissima al centro e praticamente sul mare a due passi dalla terrazza mascagni. Cordiali e disponibili i proprietari ...casa spaziosa e ben arredata con tutti i confort. Giardino interno ben arredato con comoda lavanderia! Ottima anche la pulizia , casa come nuova !
