The apartment consists of a large open space lounge, equipped with TV, overlooking the modern kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room leads to the corridor, which overlooks the two bathrooms, both with shower, sink and bidet, and the two bedrooms, one double and one twin, independent. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. The apartment was completely renovated in 2014, it is also equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, alarm and video entry system.

Great location

We loved the location of this apartment. We were close to everything and we were able to enjoy the short walks around the town. Check in was easy and the apartment had plenty of space and everything we needed. Communication with the property owner was fantastic too. Thank you for a great stay!

Three adults enjoyed 3 nights in this comfortable, well equipped apartment. Grateful for aircon as 38C during our stay! Ideal base for exploring Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Cinque Terre. Easy checkin and good communication with host. Pisa is overlooked by many, but is much more than it's famous Leaning Tower!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Pisa

Pisa ist eine tolle Stadt, in der man viel erleben kann. Auch kulturell sehr interessant. Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sie ist für Familien mit 2-3 Kindern gut geeignet. Der Check in war kontaktlos und lief reibungslos ab. Der Vorgang wurde vom Vermieter gut beschrieben. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat bei Fragen immer schnell Auskunft gegeben. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße vor dem Haus oder in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und in Pisa.

Great location 10 -15 minute walk from train station

Is easy to get to but rough on luggage due to cobble stone roads. Communication via what's app worked well. Place was spacious. (Not enough toilet paper for a 4 day stay but what can you do) Cafe across the street had fresh croissants and good lukewarm cappuccino. 10 minutes from leaning tower. Great stay

L'appartement permet d’être a proximité de tout dans Pise et toutes les villes de Toscane.Le logement est magnifique,propre,spacieux et très bien équipé.On s'y sent très bien.Les propriétaires sont très disponibles,ils nous ont aiguillé sur le stationnement le point noir de Pise.Merci a eux car les amendes peuvent être très coûteuses. Attention a la circulation réglementée dans toutes les villes de Toscane. Merci Gino et Anna David,Séverine,Anais et Antoine

Appartement extrêmement bien placé, à 10 min à pied de la tour de Pise, à 15 min à pied de la gare et de la gare routière (toutes lignes de bus), à quelques pas du centre ville. Les hôtes sont charmants et disponibles, l'appartement est entretenu et propre. Il dispose de tout le confort possible. La climatisation est appréciable étant donné le climat. Appartement idéal pour une famille de 4 + 1 bébé.

The apartment was in such a good location just a ten minute walk from the Leaning Tower and the same in the opposite direction to the railway station. It's not in a tourist area so good to live like a local for a few days. Could buy our morning rolls across the road and a lovely deli just a few minutes away. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, with the added bonus of two bathrooms. Communication with Anna and Gino was excellent. I would recommend this apartment and stay there again.

Eine sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Unserer gesteckten Besichtigungsziele waren zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Die Küche hat mit der Ausstattung nicht überzeugt, kein Licht und wenig Geschirr, vor allem zu wenig Gläser.Ansonsten bequeme Räumlichkeiten, die überzeugt haben.

In verità, tuttavia, non siamo d'accordo con le critiche relative alla cucina: ed in effetti, nessuno si è mai lamentato di quello che dici; la cucina è ben attrezzata e tutto l'appartamento è nuovo, così come le dotazioni. Espacio y ubicación muy correctos

La ubicación es perfecta. A 10 minutos caminando de la Torre y a 2 minutos del centro histórico, al lado del río. Con parking en zona azul que se paga de 8 a 20h. Anfitriones muy amables.

Wonderful location and great hosts

The overall experience in Pisa at this VRBO was very good. I can't say enough positive comments about the hosts. They were very responsive to every question I had before and during our visit. They met us right at the door and gave us fabulous recommendations for what to do and where to eat in Pisa. They even arranged a cab for our early 5 AM departure to the airport the day we left. The apartment was very modern and clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the re plastering the exterior of the building they were doing so it was a bit noisy during the day.

Appartamento molto bello e funzionale. Ristrutturato di recente e dotato di ogni comfort: lavastoviglie, microonde, lavatrice, phon, scopa elettrica... La posizione centralissima (5 minuti dalla Torre Pendente e dal Lungarno) ci ha permesso di visitare comodamente questa splendida città. Da segnalare l’estrema cortesia della proprietaria, pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta e disponibile a fornire consigli e suggerimenti per la visita in città. L’unico appunto che potremmo fare (del tutto indipendente dai proprietari) sono i disturbi notturni provenienti dal piano di sopra di qualche inquilino poco educato. Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti con due bimbi piccoli e ci sentiamo di consigliare quest’appartamento anche a famiglie con figli. Marco Daniela & family.

La descrizione nella pagina è assolutamente autentica. Posizione strategica, a ridosso del lungarno (in corrispondenza del ponte adiacente la chiesetta di S. Maria della Spina), quindi ad una manciata di minuti da Piazza dei Miracoli. Appartamento pulito, funzionale, in condominio relativamente silenzioso. O apartamento possui uma excelente localização em Pisa, próximo a todas as atrações turísticas, centro comercial e universidade. O apartamento é moderno, bonito e funcional, sendo adequado para até 4 pessoas. Na vizinhança há café, restaurantes, farmácia e outras conveniências. O ônibus que leva até a estação de trem e para o aeroporto tem uma parada na esquina. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos e prontos a ajudar quando é necessário. Recomendo muitíssimo!

Wonderful apartment in great location

Apartment is in great location to sites and also to train station. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Gino answered all of my questions before trip. Great location if planning day trip to Cinque Terre which we did. Pisa is a wonderful city.

Great location and hosts in Pisa!

We, 2 adults and a 3-yr-old, spent 3 days in this property during Apr 2017. Property was as described in great condition and with all the items with needed for a comfortable stay. Nice location... walking distance to train station and main city attractions. We had a minor problem with the toilette and the owners responded IMMEDIATELY. They also coordinated so that we could have access to the property even-though we arrived around 11 PM. Great experience and highly recommendable! Grazie Gino & Anna!

We had a great time in Pisa, it is a great place to visit all the best towns and cities in Tuscany with or without a car, as the train and bus services are very good. The apartment is in a great position, in walking distance of all the main attractions in Pisa, with some excellent places to visit and very good restaurants, the apartment is wonderfully clean, modern in an excellent position and the family a pleasure to meet, and very attentive and helpful. Our only criticism ( and it a small one ) would be that the kitchen needs a few more items, glasses ,cups etc. I would recommend this apartment to anyone

Buongiorno, mi dispiace non sapere chi scrive perchè così avrei potuto rispondere meglio ricordando la persona. Comunque, ci siamo messi a disposizione con tutti gli ospiti e quindi anche con questo anonimo. Premesso che l'appartamento è dotato di forno tradizionale di ultima generazione, se mi avesse chiesto il microonde avrei potuto fornirlo nel giro di 1/2 ora. Comunque grazie della recensione.
