LogCabin Sleeps 10 with Dock on Flathead Lake
This charming log cabin on Flathead Lake is located on the east lakeshore of Flathead Lake in northwestern Montana. The views from the dock are spectacular of both the lake and the surrounding mountains. Flathead Lake is the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi. It covers over 191 square miles with depths over 380 ft. and is one of the cleanest lakes in the world. The cabin sleep 10 people. Swimming, fishing and boating available off of the dock.
The town of Bigfork is a picturesque and charming place. World class art galleries, fine restaurants, a 27-hole golf course, live theatre and unique shops can all be found within a quaint Western setting. Located near by, Glacier National Park, the Bob Marshall and the Swan Wilderness areas are full of wildlife and offer endless recreational opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts. Bigfork offers you and your family a part of the West that you will never forget. Many hiking trails are close by the property. The property is split by the highway.
Winter opens up a whole new world of outdoor adventure across Montana’s diverse landscape. Flathead Valley's 2 ski resorts mean fewer people, shorter lift lines and a lot more untracked snow.
Winter time fun includes 2 ski resorts. Cross country skiing available right out the door. Whitefish Mountain Resort has been one of America's favorite destinations for good times, good people and good snow since 1947. Rising above the historic railroad town of Whitefish, the resort has gained notoriety for its laid-back vibe, world-class skiing and spectacular summer recreation. Consistently ranked highly in SKI magazine's annual reader survey, it is just as well known for a pleasant lack of lift lines as it is for friendly. Blacktail Mountain is a friendly mountain perched above Flathead lake. Amazing views of Flathead Lake, light dry snow on north-facing slopes, great rates and excellent service will have you hooked!

This log cabin setting is amazing. The view from the dock on the lake and the sunset is hard to beat. The peaceful setting makes for great sleeping. Secluded property is perfect for recharging your soul.
The cabin sleeps 10. Entry on the main level. The main floor is very open with floor to ceiling windows that provide lots of light. The kitchen, dining area, and living area have an open floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. One with a king size bed and one with a queen. The bathroom has a granite countertop with a copper sink and tub with shower. The living area has an over-sized sofa and upholstered chair and a 50 inch flat screen TV with DVD. Floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplaces in the living room. Wifi Internet access included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a pan for every cooking occasion.
The loft has a big open space to spread out with one queen size bed and two twin beds.
The lower level has a living area with sliding glass door entry. Sit in the love seat and enjoy the wood burning stove. The bedroom has a king size bed. One bathroom with stand up shower.
