This is a beautiful new upstairs 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk. Nice rental. Centrally located. Clean and bright

The only downside is the electronics. We couldn’t get any current programming on the big TV in the front room. The internet is weak and the TV and our computers would go on and off. The house needs range extenders for the router. We were looking forward to NCAA basketball and the electronics were frustrating.

Anniversary Gathering

We are all in our 70's and the stairs up to Unit B were daunting for several in our group. It was a lot of work and many trips to get our stuff into the unit. We also had some tripping issues with all some of the rugs, again because of age. We always prepare a lot of our meals in the houses we rent and this one was very sparse with plates, cups, bowel and glasses. It was a lovely house and very clean. We just found in not so senior and large group accommodating.

Ashland Flat

Excellent location for downtown Ashland. We walked everywhere! Lots of stairs to climb - we got all our steps in just walking up to the apt. and back down.
