Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Binic ist einen Aufenthalt wert; schöne Strände, tolle Gastronomie (in der auch Englisch gesprochen wird), ein schöner Yachthafen und sehr freundliche Leute.

Location spacieuse et proche du centre de binic et des plages. Elle est également bien située pour visiter paimpol, l'abbaye de Beauport, l'ile de bréhat, ou les plages de val andree et Erquy. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Marie Christine..

Entspannter Urlaub

Haben im Juli 14 Tage in Binic verbracht, sind dort sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen worden (ein "Empfangspaket" mit bretonischen Spezialitäten ließ sie uns während des Aufenthaltes auch noch zukommen!) Die Restaurants und Geschäfte in Binic sind in knappen 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso der wunderbare Strand am Leuchtturm. Man kann aber auch auf der Terrasse einen entspannten Tag oder Abend verbringen. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub, bei angenehmen Temperaturen und einer Umgebung, die man gesehen haben sollte.

Nice place bo to be

Die Wohnung liegt optimal 5 Minuten vom Hafen Binic entfernt und ist sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und bietet Abendsonne länger als am Strand. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus aber man trifft sich nur selten. Bei Fragen reagiert sie prompt und engagiert. Leider sind die Türen in der Wohnung schlecht zu schließen und die Matratze ist nach 2 Tagen durchgelegen. Für Mieter mit Hund ist die Wohnung optimal, da die Terrasse komplett geschlossen ist und keine Straße vorbeiführt. Der Eingang zur Wohnung ist über eine schmale Treppe nach unten erreichbar. Alle Geräte in der Küche funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Parkplatz ist für grosse Autos eher zu klein. Für uns zwei mit einem Hund war es eine perfekte Adresse.

Bon accueil, tranquille et bien situé à Binic,

Très bon accueil par sa propriétaire, bien situé proche de toutes commodités au calme comme annoncé, mais appartement assez vétuste, très humide moisissures sur les plafonds pas très bien entretenu, prises de courant plus aux normes. Dessus sur la literie, par la cuisine et ustensiles qui sont vétustes. Un renouvellement serait à envisager pour les prochains locataires. Par rapport au prix demandé.

????? apparemment pas la même location que les autres locataires ( qui me note su5/5) et pourtant je n'en ai qu'une. Désolée si celle ci ne vous a pas convenu. j'ai pu effectivement constater après votre départ de la moisissure au plafond d'une chambre alors que je n'en ai jamais eu avant ....

Je moet verwarren met een andere verhuur het huis op het zuiden is niet nat, het appartement is niet verouderd, er is een blik op de foto's. wanneer in de motorkap is aangesloten en werkt zeer goed. de andere huurders zijn zeer tevreden met hun beoordelingen.

Ruhige Wohnung an zentraler Lage

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse an ruhiger Lage. Verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe. Ebenfalls sind zwei Strände zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge an die Nordküste genutzt. Freundlicher Empfang!

Charmant coin de pays en Bretagne

L'organisation de l'espace a rendu la vie quotidienne à deux couples très agréable offrant à chacun la possibilité d'avoir sa quiétude. La fenestration abondante de même que la terrasse orientée sud permettaient de profiter de l'ensoleillement. À 5 minutes à pied du centre de Binic et à proximité de sentiers de randonnées sur les falaises, les points de vue étaient spectaculaires. De la maison et à courte distance en voiture, il est possible de faire de belles découvertes comme KerMaria à Poulha par exemple. La propriétaire était facilement accessible et charmante.

Une semaine très agréable dans cette location qui est grande est appréciable pour 3, la terrasse, la grande batterie de vaisselle est très bien aussi. L'accès se fait à part de la maison principale, et il y a un stationnement dans la propriété, très important et appréciable car pas facile de se garer quand il y a la fête de la morue à binic! La location est idéalement placée on a accès au centre, aux restaurants et aux plages a 5/10 minutes a pied. La propriétaire est très gentille . Si nous avons l'occasion nous reviendrons
